Awesome gym! Been going here since it opened, constantly adding better equipment and the atmosphere is very positive among members. If you’re on the north side of Houston or around Tomball check it out! - Future former slightly fat guy

Great gym and environment. They’ve successfully cultivated a very positive and inclusive gym culture for everyone from lifestyle to bodybuilding, powerlifting, and strongman. Super grateful to have found a solid home gym since moving out here.

Absolutely love this gym! Such a good environment and after being out of the gym for so long it wasn’t hard breaking out of the nervous stage of starting over! Such welcoming people! Happy to have found my home gym!

Don’t workout here. Not worth it. A bunch of juiced meat heads love coming here and feeding their ego. Members will make rude comments towards you with no remorse. Don’t come

Lots of positive things I can say about this gym including trust from others to NOT go through your things. Only major down fall I have is the sauna area. The machine automatically turn off so I have to stop my workout 30 mins prior to and turn the sauna on or I’ll be waiting 30 mins after for it to get hot. One thing I enjoyed about YMCA is it stayed hot. I would be okay with it not being 24/7 if the front would check every hour to see if it’s on during the day like 9-5 or something like that but I am not sure if that is too much to ask. Otherwise great gym, lots of equipment and space. And one major plus that the Y doesn’t have is necessities like women products, soap etc, a fridge, blender a whole bunch of things that I truly enjoy. OH AND I CAN NOT FORGET TO SAY IT SMELLS GREAT EVERYWHERE YOU GO! Love this gym. Update: So after a couple times of making sure the sauna is on for 30 mins before my workout is complete, I find that it does not stay on and I either have to sit and wait until it gets hot again or just miss my sauna time entirely. No one has an extra hour to give waiting on a sauna that should have been on and waiting for them. They do have a sign that says it’s not a 24/7 sauna and to turn it on and wait 30 minutes but that doesn’t work either. I look forward to my sauna sessions every workout day which is 6 days a week. Knowing that a big motivator for me (which is the sauna) may or may not be in my daily plan sucks. Hopefully they can figure out a better system.
