I’ve been going to this gym for almost a year at this point, one word to describe this gym is great atmosphere. The staff & gym members are never standoffish. You bring an issue up to them and they handle it that second. Secondly, the gym equipment is the most I’ve seen in certain gyms. They have specific equipment FOR Athletes, which is rare to find. The culture of the gym from all age groups are great. I love coming here and it’s never too packed to get some reps in of anything you want. Truly a great gym environment for communities that are close

Firstly, good job on having multiple squat racks and deadlifts platforms. That alone gave a 5 star rating. These things are like gold nowadays to find more than one set in a gym. Traditional weight lifting gym. Not many of these around. The equipments are dated, but they in good condition. The place is kept clean and you will feel comfortable working out here. There’s cardio area, warmup and cooling down areas. There’s parking and pretty much everything you will need to stay fit. Staff is polite and which is rare these days. Overall, good job 👏 .

Please keep in mind that I am sharing my experience. I think other members there really did not have a similar experience like mine and it seemed they really enjoyed the gym. I was a member from '23 to '24. I enjoyed this place a lot at first and in all honesty, it felt much better than its predecessor "Fitness Evolution". This gym even had a Women's Corner which I thought was perfect as it gave myself and other women space versus the main weight room. The owner was incredibly friendly and she gave me a great tour when I first signed up. However, my experience quickly deteriorated after my 2nd or 3rd visit. As usual, I scanned my member fob when I entered and proceeded working out. All of a sudden, one of the young guys at the front came at me in the middle of a workout and summoned me to the counter. I asked "why?". Apparently he did not see me walk in (which is not my fault, not sure why he wasn't at the counter) and he thought I was someone who was not a member at the gym trying to work out for free. I told him I can give him my name and he can check himself, but he did not want to do that and made me retrieve my fob from the locker. I had my workout disrupted, and even felt a bit targeted as to why I was the only one he worried about. Once he confirmed, I no longer wanted to work out, time was wasted, and was a bit upset at such a harsh accusation, especially since he could have just gotten my name to confirm. If this is an issue, then have someone present at the counter at all times. It is hard to believe that every person who isn't seen scanning in suddenly gets targeted and forced to show proof of membership. I spoke with the owner and she did apologize for the incident, explaining that the employee was new and did not know the policies. I appreciated that, but it still left a bad taste in my mouth which left me no longer wanting to return to the gym. Unfortunately, due to my contract, I was stuck for a year. Fast forward to terminating my contract which had to be done in person, I went back to the gym to finalize this. I spoke with the owner several times to ensure the date of termination without being charged another month/renewing my contract. Upon arriving, another young gentleman helped me with this and attempted to charge me for another month. I explained that this cannot be the case since I was told by the owner herself as long as I came before a certain date, I would not be charged. He refused to listen to me and didn't even want to look into the situation, only telling me "nope, it looks like you will need to be charged". I asked to speak with the owner. He said that I can't talk to her because she "was working out". I was extremely upset at this response, but luckily she had completed her workout right as this conversation was happening and cleared everything up. The young man was not apologetic, and appeared to have cared less about the customer service he just gave. I was very glad for the owner's help and luckily, I was able to terminate my contract without any extra fees. But if she had not arrived at that time, this wouldn't have been the case at all. Unfortunately, I am giving this place a low rating - not because of the gym itself as it really seemed great and the owner was also incredible - but because of the customer service I received on the handful of occasions I went there. Customer service goes a long way and due to the treatment, I will not be going back. Please hire people with more customer service experience.

Don’t waste your time with this gym. They don’t care about their customers. Something is always broken. The women’s locker room NEVER has soap. No soap for weeks. Germs and bacteria all over the equipment. Just disgusting and sad. They removed napkins from the women’s locker room and there are roaches working out with you. ROACHES ON THE EQUIPMENT. I always bring my concerns to management and they do nothing about it. I’ve been going here since it’s been Golds gym. Everything has changed in a negative way.

This gym is great! I used it while visiting MD and I would definitely recommend it. It’s big but also gives you a small gym feeling which is what I was looking for. Has a private “women’s” workout room with its own restroom which is a great touch for those that enjoy privacy. The staff is also very friendly.
