Best Gyms with Saunas near Red-bank, New-jersey

The gym is new and very clean. I hope they’ll continue with good housekeeping unlike other Lifetime locations in NJ. Nice floor layout with lots of exercise equipment and rarely ever have to wait. The indoor and outdoor pools are great. My grandson loved the kitty pool.

I have been to several locations of this gym franchise and they do not disappoint. I highly recommend the Middletown/Redbank location, parking is easy and convenient, the pool is awesome, classes are great, love the indoor hottub and they even have an indoor cold plunge with their sauna and steamroom. This is the first location that serves alcohol and I enjoy having my summer time day drinks by the pool; service is great and quick. The indoor and outdoor cafe have many food options and every item I have ordered so far were very good. I will include some pictures below.

Been a member for 6 months already. Love the gym, obsessed with the classes (especially Gillian D for barre). Love the pool! My only wish is for Women to respect others and be mindful and TAKE OFF outside shoes before entering sauna. Come on, people sit / lay there. Let’s be thoughtful 🌸

This gym has an incredible spin/ cycle program. Yesterday I took a cycle edge class with Marilyn Pipperno —which was amazing. This is a highly experienced cyclist, who knows how to bring the best out of her students through intensive riding and great 🎵 music. Moreover, she takes time to ensure that her students ride safely and get the most out of our their 45 minute session. If you want to burn calories and start your day in a highly positive , energized way, this is the class to consider. You will leave invigorated and ready for action👍🏾 I appreciate that lifetime makes the effort to attract these types of experienced instructors to engage members in this type of cutting edge instruction. I've never been inside but I don't like this place. Why so big? Why so expensive? Why so much stream coming out of the building? Are the people working there employees or is it more of a cult? The people who go here suck at driving and make getting to my bus in the morning awful. Get off your phones, nobody cares about your dumb Instagram.

I had a great experience with this club while I was a member. However, after canceling my membership due to relocating, they continued to charge my card for three months (and counting). Despite providing the requested documents in person and confirming that my access was cut off through their app, the charges have persisted. I’ve contacted the club multiple times regarding the charges, and each time they assured me they would resolve the issue—but nothing has changed. My next step will be to escalate the matter to the BBB.

Great health club. Has a really good selection of free weight and machine setups. If you have been working out for a long time you'll probably miss a specialized setup for a little while but you'll be able to find an alternative. Cardio room is sufficiently large for the membership. My wife really likes the classes and there are tons of them all the time. You book on an app so there is no risk of showing up and not having a space. Being attached to Milagro is nice and the amenities are great (pool, steam, sauna, showers) and the place is always very clean. Gyms generally have a smell but its hardly noticeable at the Atlantic Club. I have gotten a protein shake a few times when I knew I wasn't going home to get one and they're good but expensive ($10). People are always eating there during lunch so I think food is probably good, but no experience with it. I have not used any trainers but my wife and her friends do and they seem knowledgable. I think they're like $60-150/session which I think is pricey. Overall, the location is great, lots of parking, good selection of equipment, and its rarely crowded. Highly recommend.

Love this place! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! Classes are really good too! And the spa is amazing! Great facials and massages!

Great gym, plenty of parking and all the perks of a world class gym.
