Best Gyms with Saunas near Mesa, Arizona

Pretty good! I’d say just add more massage beds and tanning but overall pretty fair. Staff is friendly and helpful. The inherited Gold’s Gym equipment isn’t as inviting as newer of course but it does the job. I liked seeing the staff cleaning the mirrors and staying productive. Busy place! Can’t wait for the other location to open up closer to home!

This location has the best staff. Their friendly,helpful and the place is filled with metal plates. No rubber plates here. Shout out to Gabriella Assistant GM for showing me the supplements. The sour gummy worm pre taste awesome and has a nice kick to it 💯💪 and a good price 🙏

Edit: After almost 3 years here, I'm lowering my review from 5 to 3 stars. Overall: This is a decent place to work out. Not without its flaws, but the overall value makes it worthwhile to me- but the flaws are frustrating enough for me to explore other options, too. Pros: Great overall feel to the gym- good community. Great variety of equipment, typically with good availability. Cons: Seems like the equipment is a bit old, having been passed down through the various gym ownership, and this has resulted in many of the same machines and equipment breaking down- and when it breaks down, it's down for weeks at a time, which can be a bit frustrating. As for the overall policies? Personally, I try to talk up a place that I enjoy and attend frequently, and this is no different. Between friends and family, I've referred 6 individuals here, who have purchased their own memberships- and instead of rewarding me with a free membership of my own, as they advertise, they give me a t-shirt. When I mention this, they offer me another t-shirt. Finally, they change the policy, and it doesn't matter that I've brought in this many people, because now it needs to be in the same calendar month. Well, perhaps I'll get better rewards if I take my people and try somewhere new!

I highly recommend this location Assistant GM Gabriella is very helpful and professional and goes above and beyond. I also recommend the pre workout and protein. The pre kept me going and protein taste good. (Chocolate)

I love this small and intimate space and the services they provide. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. I have had fabulous facials and treatments by Patricia, she is so kind and knowledgeable. She doesn’t push things on you, which I appreciate. My skin and I are so happy after her treatments! Melinda is an amazing masseuse. She always listens to my needs. It’s not the run of the mill massage, she customs my massage and my time to my needs. She is very skilled and it’s apparent she is passionate about what she does. I’m so grateful for both of these fantastic professionals . .

Just finished another incredible massage by Melinda. As per the other reviews, Melinda is keen to ensure each treatment is custom to your body needs that day. After back surgery and years of sciatica nerve pain finding the right therapist is a game changer. For me that therapist is Melinda….truly an exceptional therapist. Medium sized and well apportioned space with more than enough equipment for satisfying cardio and/or strength workouts. Beautiful views include a resident road-runner. Friendly staff who are always willing to change music or any one of the 5 tvs. Fees seem comparable to the local big box gyms, but less crowded.

I wish there were 6 stars to put down! I had the best experience getting set up here. They really made sure I had ALL the information I needed and offered me everything they had! The manager Taylor was so helpful when I had questions about my membership. Staff is friendly and the gym is so big and new! Definitely a 10/10 experience!

I’ve been a member of EOS for a few years now and I have to say this one is my favorite! The amenities and all the equipment is so nice. I LOVE the dark room they have and the massage chairs. Every time I need help with something the manager I believe her name is Taylor is beyond helpful. She goes above and beyond I feel she listens well and always has a positive attitude. This club rocks!!!

The gym is amazing free weights, space, squat racks, and machines. Did I mention 13 squat racks in the facility. If you’re looking to sign up go see Taylor she got my family started on a family plan. If you have more than 2 people looking to sign up ask for the family plan. Overall great experience! Glad I found my new home gym. Highly recommend go to EOS.

Honestly a great gym to be at! So far my experience has been pretty great. Lots of machines. Looking forward to the new addition they have going on. Only thing that I'm pretty sure some folks are annoyed about is not having members re rack their weights when they need to be. I always say respect your gym and it's equipment. You stack em you rack em! But enjoying my new home!

This eos location is the best location I’ve been to. They recently opened and all of the equipment is in great condition. They also added a workout room with neon lights and cool graffiti walls, the machines in that room all have phone attachments so you can easily record yourself with the great backgrounds they have art wise in that room! I had the middle membership when I started with this gym and upgraded to the highest membership after using this location. The employee Steven was super helpful and made it an easy and fast switch to upgrade my membership. He also helped answer a bunch of questions I had while switching it over and he was super friendly, he remembers our interaction when I come in and always says hi/have a good day to me now. The gym has the same few employees every time I come in and they are always helpful!
