Love this place. Facility & staff are great! The steam room is my favorite. The jungle gym is a place that my daughter is eager to come & make new friends. Rock climbing, classes, weight lost program, and Primary Care facility. They are making every area of this place, a holistic health consence experience. Worth it every day!

My family and I have been members for a year and a half now and we love EVERYTHING the Pacific Clinic has to offer. The first thing I ever noticed about this gym is how friendly everyone is. The culture is positive and welcoming and there was always someone willing to help me out or just greet me with a smile. ❤️ My husband and I both have benefited from personal training here- Terin is the absolute best and will kick your butt!! 😝 Group classes are super fun too! Instructors are upbeat, welcoming and keep you motivated. I was intimidated to try new classes but quickly learned that again, someone was always willing to help me get started and answer any questions I had. My daughter LOVES the waterpark in the summer. And the pool year round. And the ice cream at the front desk. 😜 So many things to do as a family and a great way to keep our teenagers active. 💪🏻

I recently became a member of the pacific clinic again for the purpose of having childcare so I can work out. Everyone has been pretty friendly in the daycare center and I cannot imagine the amount of stress the workers are under dealing with that many children at once, they all seemed to be calm, which is great. However, today, I took my daughter there. When I have dropped her off in the past the woman working there can see I always have my hands full and will manually look up my last name and the transition is effortless. However, today there was a younger woman, Joy, working and she was just plain rude and abrupt. When she told me I needed to scan my pass I explained they normally just look up my last name. She then just repeated herself saying you need to scan your card with serious attitude. I think you should really consider having someone more personable and approachable for the face of the childcare center. Highly unimpressed. When I came back and took a picture of my daughter sitting on the ground near the slide I thought she was going to rip the phone out of my hand and if there wasn’t a barrier between us I’m sure she would have. I have never been told you cannot snap a photo and I can understand the reasoning but again, her approach to each situation at different times with me was enough for me to leave this review. Hopefully, she can read this and grow from this situation and understand how to kindly communicate with people. Highly unimpressed.

I’ve never been happier with a gym before! Their kids care is unmatched. They remember my kids by name and their facility is clean and safe. I feel 100% comfortable leaving my little ones there without worrying! Splashdown cove is awesome and is worth the membership alone.

Love, love, love this place, have been a member for almost 3 years. The nursery and staff are amazing with my kiddos. They look forward to going. I love the Zumba and the yoga.

I just moved to the tri-cities area and have tried different gyms. I got the week pass for this gym and was disappointed at how hard it is to contact the gym and get into the gym. I know they are staffed between the hours of 4-7, according to their IG and website. I also kept calling them and also messaging them through Instagram. Never got a call back. The first day, I was able to get in with someone. The rest of the days, I couldn't. It is a waste of the week pass and money, too :/ As for the gym itself, it had excellent machines; the racks were okay, but plates were everywhere there. I did like how empty it was, though. Ronnie Coleman would be disappointed.

"I had a disappointing experience at Impakt Gym. My keys were stolen in front of a camera, and despite reporting the incident, no action was taken. Instead, I faced harassment and threats from the perpetrator and another trainer (KONEY) My requests to speak with the owners were dismissed, and I ultimately left the gym due to the ongoing issues. It appears that the gym prioritizes money over client well-being and accountability. I cannot recommend Impakt Gym based on my experience." I demand that khoney be held accountable for his actions, and I expect a higher standard of professionalism and respect from the gym's staff despite my reports, it has been dismissed multiple times. I believe this is due to his personal relationships with certain clients he trains, which is creating a conflict of interest and favoritism. I demand that the gym takes appropriate action to address KONEYS behavior and ensures a fair and respectful environment for all clients!BE AWARE OF THIS SO CALLED TRAINER!

While my personal trainer has been nothing short of amazing I am disappointed in the lack of communication between gym and myself where I got my car broken into and window(s) cracked/smashed. It is a dead end street which would make more difficult for just transients to wander through and I have left my details for a call back regarding camera footage, which I have yet to receive.

Old-school style gym with plenty of options/weights, wide open spaces, and pleasant, & present management. Very clean and focused on a germ free environment

There is lots of weight to be picked up and put down here. The place is so friendly. There you will find some awesome equipment, serious althletes, and winning competitors in either carved body competition or super human strength. Me, I'm just a guy who likes to compete with myself and get better at the lift, at the max, and ultimately and most importantly find better mental and physical health. Beneath the Bar is my gym. I encourage anybody reading this to make it your gym!
