Finn and all of the teachers at SoulWorks Yoga are so lovely! There are a variety of classes to choose from suitable for all levels, practiced in the most beautiful and inviting studio! The yoga community here is diverse and welcoming. SoulWorks isn’t just yoga … within the building you can find a sauna, massage therapists, estheticians, facials, acupuncture, a sign maker, and a licensed professional counselor! The Tea Room and Lounge downstairs is a dreamy place to grab a cup of tea or coffee and a snack and hang out with friends or bring your lap top and get some work done in this serene space. Shelby gave me the best massage ever! So relaxing, explained all the treatments before and was so helpful with making sure I felt comfortable in every way! Will be back in the near future!

This place is a piece of mind and heaven mixed into one. Finn has done such a wonderful job decorating and creating an atmosphere full of ambiance. The wellness center provides a sense of community and peace that some seek in their busy lives. The fact that you can take yoga, do massage, therapy, eye lashes and infrared sauna is very convenient. Not to mention the gorgeous tea room. Overall, it's a must place to visit in Hamlin if you're intrested in any of the above.

The tea room is sooo lovely… and Shelby the massage therapist is a complete gem.. genuinely cares for her clients and knows her stuff and i constantly learning more about her craft.., 10/10 highly recommend!!!
