Best Gyms with Saunas near Hackettstown, New-jersey

I mean the LA fitness in Randolph has nicer locker rooms and bathrooms, but it is a drive for me so I got the free trial for crunch despite the reviews. Granted I don’t go into the women’s bathroom so maybe it is a problem🤷🏻‍♂️ but the gym itself served its purpose.

I love this gym. The staff members are great! Everybody is friendly and helpful. They even know me by name. I am greeted on arrival and acknowledged as I leave. I see Matt and the staff on the floor checking on things. The facility is impeccably clean, much improved over previous owner. I love the recent repositioning of machines. They are perfect for the flow of my workout.

Hear me out. I know gyms aren’t the best smelling places, and I expect that. But the girls locker room is next level. I know other people have noticed it, it’s not BO it smells like sewage. Like the toilets are quite literally back flowing into the drains or something. When it’s brought to the attention of the manager she just brushes it off going no people just smell, as if we don’t know the difference between arm pit and actual crap. Do better 👏🏼

I found out that Medicare offers the Silver Sneakers program. Two locations were offered nearby. I went to Crunch first. Matt at the front desk was positive, enthusiastic, and extremely welcoming. On the basis of Matt alone I chose to sign up for Crunch. I have since gotten to know most of the staff who handles the front desk. They are all top notch.

I love Crunch Fitness in Hackettstown, NJ. I’m always greeted by the friendly staff with a big hello & a smile. There’s so much great equipment to use also. Recently, Danielle, coordinated a pickleball afternoon on a Sunday. I had so much fun & a great workout. The snacks after hit the spot. Dena is awesome & very knowledgeable about fitness & health. She always gives me a wave & a smile when she sees me. Can’t wait to get back to Crunch tomorrow! 👍

We can not give Danny enough praise! Our son attended class for 2-3 years and loved every minute of it. 3 years after he last attended class, Danny reached out to us asking about our son and how he was doing and that he missed him. We knew that Jui Jitsu will build character but for Danny to reach out after that many years shows just how great of an instructor Danny is and how much he truly cares about our youth. Highly recommend it for anyone looking into a place for your children!

I moved to New Jersey after graduating college and starting a new job. After several months of coming home from work and having nothing to do, I decided to try out a new sport by joining this gym. This was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Danny and the coaches not only provide excellent instructions through traditional and modern approaches, but they also facilitate a culture of camaraderie and peer-to-peer learning. Attending class became a way to learn new techniques while also hanging out with the new friends I have made. Thank you to NJ Ronin and the team for providing me with a new home while away from home.

I attended a class one Saturday at NJ Ronin and was welcomed so warmly by the owner who showed me around the really well equipped, maintained and clean, overall super cool gym. The vibes inside are really fun and their attention to detail is amazing. It did not stop at the interior design. On the mat I felt like I was given individualized attention and pointers specific to me and my game. It really was such a pleasant experience and it’s always appreciated when the vibes are about growth, positivity and fun. They even have saunas! It was a wonderful experience I highly highly recommend and am thankful for my time and hope to visit again soon! Thank you! x

I Joined NJ Ronin about a year and half ago and haven’t looked back. I love the atmosphere here and the energy everyone brings every class! Coaches are amazing as well and are very helpful to the new students. Can’t forget the Recovery room with 2 saunas!

This gym has such so much to offer, a great variety of classes, culture is excellent, and there is tremendous support if you want to compete in BJJ. The owner does an excellent job making sure that the gym has a very. This is the second gym I've been to, and while I liked my first gym years ago, this one has been the perfect fit for me, I can't get enough of it. I have not had a bad day once here, the training is awesome. Besides being extremely newcomer friendly and having a great culture, I would say the owner's one quality that separates him from the rest is that he's willing to adapt the techniques that he teaches extremely fast. He's still a student of the game as well and he'll go out to other places and learn new techniques and is quick to share them with us and they help so much.
