Great Gym and Facilities. It is pricey and be sure to pay attention to notifications. There are “ up charges “ such as outdoor pool . They do offer a family plan which I use . There is a concierge that can walk you through the process before Joining. A few stand out employees that love their job , most people who work there a generally happy to be there . The rest are honestly stressed out and not at all happy, perhaps working there for the free membership. Overall an excellent gym.

I recently joined Lifetime Gym in Garden City, and it has exceeded all my expectations! The facility is top-notch, with state-of-the-art equipment and a clean, modern environment. The variety of classes offered is impressive, catering to all fitness levels and interests, from yoga and pilates to high-intensity interval training and spinning. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to help and provide guidance. The trainers are knowledgeable and genuinely invested in helping members achieve their fitness goals. Lifetime Gym also fosters a strong sense of community, with regular events and activities that encourage members to connect and support each other. I don’t know where all these good reviews are coming from !!!! as a member who goes almost every day I can say this gym is going down hill. Racks weights dumbbells even yoga mats are all broken, ripe and damage. The platforms of the racks are all broken. Plus kids are in the middle of the alpha area playing around putting them and members in dangers of one getting hurt. I went to the Syosset location and what a huge difference. Syosset location is way better as if we all don’t pay the same amount of money. Syosset even have a drink menu at the pool while we can barely get a bartender at times at garden city. The lounge 21+ area is way better there. Prices are increasing but the gym is going from bad to worse. I tried reaching out all my concerns but no one seen to care. This gym has become another planet fitness which was the reason why I came here because I was looking for something top-grade. At least in planet fitness you get for what you paid for. And here in Life time garden city you can’t even get front desk to greet you. Very very disappointed about this gym.

Just started and I am thrilled to report that I am impressed. It's a great gym if you are looking for doing more than just lift weights. Three pickle ball courts, full court basketball, multiple indoor pools, sauna, steam room, a ton of studio classes for different levels of fitness, good quality machines. It's clean, not super crowded and so far everyone has been polite. It's pricey but you get what you pay for. If you take advantage of everything it's a great deal. Highly recommend!

Ahmed at this Lifetime Gym location is incredibly unprofessional and rude. He doesn’t do his job properly and creates an unwelcoming atmosphere for members. It’s clear he has favorites, and if you’re not one of them, you’re treated poorly. A gym like this should feel inclusive, not like you’re being singled out or targeted. Truly disappointing.

Would love to share my experience of the gym but I can't I wasn't allowed in. My friend was a member and asked if i wanted to go I said yes, he scans in and told the front desk he sent me a guest pass through his membership online (which we did )were told we were told that wouldn't work. When asking if I can give my info for a guest pass for the day they said no (reason being they want guests to want to sign up not just use a guest pass) right bc you need to buy every car you test drive?...and all guests need to be verified by the Manger on site or beforehand...okay can we speak to the Manger... no she wasn't in. Okay can I sign up for the gym ...no the Manger needs to sign you up...okay when does she come in.... after 10am...okay we called back later after 10am asking for the Manger and we're told no they aren't in they make there own hours so they might not come in at all today. How do you get foot traffic in a gym that's this hard to come in/sign up. You can't even sign up or ask for a guest pass online because the garden city location is removed from the website... Any other gym I've been to/been a member of if you are with a gym member as a guest you give them your name and number and or a ID and you can sign in with that individual thats a member. I never write reviews but this was so frustrating

Became a member about a month ago and just took advantage of one of the classes included with my membership. The dance fitness class with Mary was a great way to get moving and have some fun!

I want to share my experience of visiting the Fitness center. Since I started studying here, I have noticed significant improvements in my physical condition. Trainings are conducted under the guidance of experienced instructors who are always ready to help and prompt if you have any questions. The equipment in the fitness center is modern and diverse, which allows you to train for different muscle groups. In addition, there is a swimming pool where you can swim and relax after intensive classes. An important advantage of Fitness center is that cleanliness and order are always maintained here. Administrators make sure that everything is in its place, and cleaners regularly clean. Among other things, I like the atmosphere at the Fitness center. There is friendliness and mutual assistance, which helps to feel comfortable and confident in training.

I just love there place so much is so blessed in my life because I just need place like there to training , the personal training Nico is the best, help me to prepare to my physical exam, and thank God I found the best place who have everything, so clean and so many nice people. I love !!!! I recommend 💯 the also have other activities, the pool, jacuzzi and sauna is fantastic, my family love it just like me, I can’t wait when my sister come enjoy it too!! 🌟. Also I like yo say, I pass in my physical Exam for the fire department EMS academy FDNY, and thank God I have Nico to training me, he told me I can do, and I Believe. Nico motivates us, even in difficult days… on the day of my exam I remembered the word he said to me: ‘’go on, I promise you'll breathe when it's over’’… best word to strengthen my mind!!! Blessed you a lot, he is a sweet heart and dedicated person, really a beautiful soul, if you ever want personal training, for sure contact Nico, so blessed on my life and future career, I can’t wait start work and help people, Thank you again and I send you many blessed 😇

Facility is clean, lots of equipment, spacious. The trainers and staff are great! Very friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions and show you how to use equipment properly. After many tries at different gyms, this one is definitely the best!
