Great finding! My bf and I were in VA during the inauguration and originally was attending another gym, they never responded. Quick google search and fell upon this gym. It has a little bit of everything you need for your workouts. They had a deadlift platform, few squat racks, good accessory machines, plus more. They also offer classes for defense training. The bathrooms were big many stalls and lockers, showers, saunas.. better than my “home gym”… Benjamin was super nice at the front desk. We only paid $15 each for a Day Pass.

I love this gym! Having access 24/7 is great. The staff and ownership are friendly and helpful, no attitudes or pushiness. This gym has developed a true family atmosphere and has all the weights and equipment for the beginner to the serious body builder. Plus, great group exercise and training programs. Truly a gem in Fairfax!

This is a true local gym, and just a great gym all around. The price is probably the lowest you'll find in NOVA. Some of the equipment is old and worn but it's still well maintained. They also invest pretty frequently in new equipment and you'll find some unique pieces here. Weights are also plentiful, from plates to kettle bells (2 sets) and dumbells (3 sets). I really cherished having a walkable, locally owned and managed gym while I lived in Fairfax. They contribute to the community and have a loyal customer base. Please continue to support!

Fantastic facility. Staff is super friendly and not overbearing. Every time I’ve gone the place has been clean and tidy. There is plenty of equipment so I’ve never had to wait for something I’ve needed. They are military and first responder friendly and have flags and local memorabilia everywhere. I highly recommended!

I love this gym! Consider it one of the best hidden gems of Fairfax. It a great deal, has tons of equipment, an awesome staff, and a growing number of bonus classes and training opportunities for members. There is a paid jujitsu program M/W/F at 7 pm (Gustavo Machado school) as well. Bonuses include Zumba, strength training, and private coaching available. My family loves the old school barbells and equipment and the family atmosphere. They also have non-stressful stuff on the TVs (like Baywatch, Friends, or Positive TV). Also- a GREAT bang for your buck!

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! Go elsewhere for a massage and save your time and money !!! This is by far the worst place and worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and I’m only giving one star coz there’s no zero. I was planning to buy a Lymphatic massage package with this center so I decided to scheduled one first with Leslie. I scheduled it a month ahead of time only for them to cancel me twice. The first time they called me to cancel because they realized the therapist wasn’t gonna be available. A day before the actual massage I get a last min call that evening that the therapist was attending an event and won’t be available. How unprofessional!? and they wouldn’t give me the courtesy to let me know ahead of time. The offered me a 1 complimentary massage for after messing up and even with that they couldn’t get it right. I drove all the way to the place and to begin with the it took the front desk forever to find the client intake form that they wanted me to fill out. Finally the so called massage therapist came out only to find out that she’s not qualified do post op massages and did not have the basic equipments that a regular massage place should have. Clearly she didn’t know why she was doing. Terrible communication and just poor customer service.
