Kudos to the new management at Crunch Fitness! It’s clear that members’ feedback is being heard and taken seriously. The changes in the gym are noticeable clean facilities, a friendly atmosphere, and staff who greet you warmly, unlike before when members often felt ignored. I was so impressed that I even brought my sister in to sign up for a membership! The only suggestion I have is to consider reopening on Saturdays, as it’s an important day for those of us who rely on the gym as a main outlet. Keep up the great work!

This fitness center has big problem, they never exchange air inside. So many people doing hard physical exercise and deep breath all the time. Inside there is almost sealed without any ventilation, never exchange air people breathing same air again and again and again. I can even feel the less oxygen in there.

I've been going to gyms for many years and this gym has been one of the best gyms I've gone to so far. I've been at this gym for about 3 years now and has not disappointed. Angela and Pam at the front desk are very friendly and always have a great attitude when entering the gym. Even showing up for Christmas day they put a smile and are energetic. Highly Recommend this gym for anyone.

Great Gym to get a workout at 👍🏼👍🏼 Plenty of machines, free weights more than enough space for Cardio activities! Front desk staff are polite and always ready to assist. 👍🏼👍🏼

I am a member of the gym and really enjoy the variety of machines and free weights. The gym is always pretty clean although I don't like how they removed the paper napkin dispensers and are just placing the rolls on the trash cans which is pretty disgusting. I would also strongly suggest they switch their deep clean day to Sunday rather than inconveniencing everyone who follow a weekly schedule regimen and close early on Friday at 7 p.m and open late on Saturday evening at 7 p.m. It's a terrible schedule. Other than that I would say it's a decent gym and they would get a 5 star rating if they changed their close down schedule.

Kenia was super helpful and nice to my 2 friends visiting from Dallas. She was able to tell us a bit about the gym and even offered to show us around. Great place

General Manager Austin super respectful and understanding. Best general manager for any gym I’ve gone to. The gym is very well put together and organized. I recommend anyone to go to this gym!

Justin and Austin are very hospitable . My boyfriend was down here visiting from Wisconsin, both them made him and I feel very welcome. Their hospitality is great, and their personality is even better. I strongly suggest try Tru Fit for their great equipment and even better employees.

I am disappointed to report that my experience at Tru Fit has been subpar. The gym consistently lacks adequate weight equipment, and the stairmasters have been out of order for weeks, despite numerous complaints. It is disheartening to see that our membership fees are not being invested in maintaining a functional and well-equipped facility. I would advise others to consider alternative gyms, such as Gold's Gym, Crunch, or Anytime Fitness, which may offer a more satisfactory experience. Hopefully, Tru Fit will take steps to address these issues and improve the quality of their services.

Great old school gym feel, not as packed as other Tru fits(early mornings), very clean and friendly staff. Kenya always greets with a smile and always answers all my questions.
