The coaches + instructors here at West Valley are the best! Great classes, good energy! Friendly staff! Definitely recommend STUDIO classes to anyone wanting to reach their fitness goals. Dirtylicious, Zumba, and Xtreme Hiphop are so fun😍

First class gym. Just switched from eos and comparison is night and day. The spin class on Saturday morning with Denise is top notch. The studio hit class Is awesome. Sauna , steam room ,pool, and hot tub super. Showers are fair enough. The app is easy and encourages you to check in more often. They reward you with money credits for merchandise. Only negative is quite a few machines broken.

I normally don’t leave reviews however I would never purchase another membership from here. I have had a Vasa membership in the past and had a hard time canceling it, I informed the sales representative of this when signing up. I needed a short term membership and asked the employee at this location to cancel my membership the day I signed up (due to the fact that you have to give a 30 day cancelation notice). He informed me that he had canceled the membership that day and that I would be charged a $25 fee after the 30 days was up, which was fine. Months later I find that I am still being charged and my membership was never canceled. I contacted the gym and asked to speak to the sales representative who I signed up with. They informed me that he no longer worked there and that there was nothing that they could do about the situation. I was then put on the phone with a manager who offered even less help than the employee I spoke to prior. Very disappointing when an establishment is unwilling to fix a mistake that was made by one of their employees. Poor service all around, get literally any other gym membership, and if you do use Vasa I would never recommend this location to anybody.

The gym floor is clean and so is the women’s locker room. Most machines are always working and in pretty good condition. Lots of space on the greens too. Most people who go to this gym don’t put their weights away, but the staff is super friendly and welcoming!! Gotta love Vasa!!

Ok place, didn’t listen to my needs and some of the personal trainers only want to have you on the schedule but not really care about you, only about the money, one tricked me and others, and made us sign a contract without explaining everything, Vasa found out and fired him, but even like that Vasa didn’t allow us to cancel the contract and I am stuck with a 6 months contract that I didn’t want to. The place is ok, I like the fitness classes and some instructors. There’s tons of space for improvement.

Great facilities, including the showers. Great people, too! BEWARE: please make certain that you park within the section directly in front of the gym. That parking area was completely filled up last night, and I parked 2 parking spots to the right in the next section (in front of a dollar store?) and SWIFT TOWING (apparently they work for the property owners) slid his tow rig under the front of my vehicle and said that I was illegally parked! Fined me $100 before removing the tow rig. He did nothing to the tractor trailers that were “illegally” parked all night. I’ve parked overnight at dozens of 24 hour PFs and never encountered this before. Obviously a “legal” money grab scheme. I’m a PF BLACK CARD member, just giving a heads up to anyone who goes there, especially at night (it’s a 24 hour facility), BE VERY AWARE WHERE YOU PARK or your vehicle may not be there when you come out.

One female employee was curt and unhelpful The rest of the the employees there were super nice and helpful. Tanning beds were newish and worked well. Free parking! Place was clean and a well oiled machine. The one downtown SLC, not so much.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I like the fact that this location was well-designed with different areas such as the stretch area, abdominal area, etc. It was clean but I can recommend more hand sanitizer stations. They can also take down unused ones. Overall it was a good experience. I am on a journey to go to one planet in each state. This was number 4 in 4th state.

Great staff really clean facility and a great environment! Shout out to Jeremy! I lock my keys in my truck and he couldn’t be more helpful at the front desk in making sure I was taken care of!

After three months the 360 station has been repaired and the entire building is being cleaned. Thank you. In response to the owner regarding the prior edition of this post that stated, "Not clean. Machines have been unrepaired for months. What does the front attendant do all night?" I did speak with your staff and was given the following excused for the time it took to repair the machine: "we are number 18 on the repair guys list", "we ordered a part but it went to the wrong store, so we ordered another and had it sent to the Provo location", "we have no idea how long it will take".

I highly recommend. This place has everything. An awesome indoor pool with lap swimming, lazy river, awesome slide. The temperature is nice and I did not notice any discomfort. The facility is clean. The staff were friendly. There’s a full access workout gym. There’s a full court basketball indoors. There’s a play place for kids. There’s a rock climbing wall. You won’t be disappointed. I’ll be back.

Extremely disappointed with how the facility is ran and how they treat their guests. I came the other day to play pick up basketball with a cousin and we arrived at our usual time, around 3pm and everything seemed normal and nothing out of the ordinary. We approach the front desk (with our basketball equipment present--this is important for later on) and asked how much general admission would be to which they replied $5. Cool! No issue so far, everything is going great. Payment went through and I was good to go along with my cousin who had the same situation. Thirty minutes into playing a few pickup games, a lady enters the court screaming that everyone has to pack their things and leave the court for some hockey event that was going on and to "come back in two hours if you want to play". To my surprise, there was ZERO context flyers, staff, equipment, or anything that would have led to me assuming there was going to be a hockey event. Disappointed, I ask the staff member if we were able to leave the facility and come back free of charge due to the inconvenience with no precursors leading up to it. She replied "not up to me, ask the front desk". So, my cousin and I pack our stuff and head to the front desk to ask for a solution. The employees at the front desk were kind and thoughtful and I am sure they wanted to help, but they seemed just as confused as my cousin and I were. We explained the situation and asked if we were able to just come back in two hours since NO ONE told us there was going to be hockey in the basketball courts that was going to occupy the next two hours. The front desk lady responds that they were not aware of the hockey event and that they are not able to do any re-entry of anything past 5 minutes. It's unfortunate that guests have to suffer the consequences of poor management misleading not only the guest, but their own employees as well. To my disappointment, I was not going to ask for a $5 refund or demand a manager to resolve the situation, but I would have definitely appreciated if management fixed their crappy re-entry rules if they're going to kick me out for the facility that I paid to enter into. It was obvious from the get-go that I was there to play basketball, and the fact I was driven out of my $5 (without any notice that we were only going to have 30 minutes to play) ultimately ruined my experience.

I go the gym Daily here and I enjoy it. But recently I had a new born and was exited to see they offer a daycare. Well if you are a Latino male in your 30’s do not try and apply to leave your kids at the day while you work out because they just give you the run around. I was told the applications are at the main desk than the main desk told me they are in the day care than the daycare says it’s on line and than they aren’t accepting new applicants. I find it very offensive terrible treatment of others

This gym is totally fine for working out in; however, this gym is extremely dirty. The equipment and facilities all seem neglected and there is caked on dirt, grime, and dust in all of the not easily accessible locations of the equipment and facilities. The presence of this dirt and grime shows a lack of diligence to the owners and managers of the location. I understand how this occurs and a review should be completed of the cleaning process to ensure that all portions of the equipment see proper maintenance, including cleaning. It might seem trivial but this detail speaks a lot about the overall care of the business. If the equipment is clean the equipment is usually safe and well taken care of. If the equipment is clean the precieved quality of the gym goes up. Equipment that is functional but dirty is unacceptable. The facilities are also often dirty and caked with grime. The mens locker room is disgraceful and I fear contracting a disease from the bench or floors. The floors and bathrooms often have standing water and piss everywhere. I wish that it was acceptable to take photos of the inside of the locker rooms so that this could be added for evidence. This location also seems to have plenty of staff as almost every time I have been there has been 3-5 people behind the counter chatting. When these people are chatting I see nobody walking the gym floor or spot cleaning. I believe that this location has the resources and the ability to turn this review around and I would love to see this happen. I would love the team to really consider this review and also take a look at other gyms. A field trip to a couple of planet fitness locations could be beneficial as they seem to have good operations and the equipment seems to be much cleaner in general.

Jacob at the West Valley location is a bad ass and has a great attitude about what he does . There was a lot of mud in the men’s bathroom naturally from the weather and people coming in and out with work boots on (it happens.) While I was in the hot tub area I asked Jacob if he could have someone mop it up, not right in that moment, but when he or someone else had time. Jacob jumped on it immediately and went and mopped up the men’s locker room, which, in my opinion says a lot about his pride of a job well done and what he does working for vasa. This gym also has everything you need to get in shape, invest in your health, and work towards your fitness goals at a competitive price!!

This location is going downhill fast. The pool is always frigid and the aqua teacher is losing her class to other locations with a warm pool. I should not have chattering teeth by the end of a pool workout. The front desk staff do not care about anything. I went to tell them there was no hot water for the showers and he told me it’s been out for a while. When I told him a sign would be nice, he back pedaled and said it goes in and out and maintenance can’t figure it out. I am close to canceling my membership all together. Do better owner and corporate.

Suzie taught on another amazing Studio Red class. Every single class she comes in with enthusiasm and shows that she cares. She comes prepared. She makes sure that she checks in with everyone to find out if they have any limitations and is great coming up with alternative exercises. I wish every Vasa coach was as amazing as Suzie!

Was looking for a local gym during my two week visit. Got told it was $15 on the phone. Walked in and was told it was $105, 15 to start the membership, which is the most deceptive bait and switch I’ve ever had. I’m sure the facility is nice, didn’t make it past the desk though. *edit- I eventually called again to figure out where the disconnect was and was walked through the hoops to get a short term membership. The facility itself is decent, way crowded in the afternoon, good equipment, I’d expect weight belts and dip belts at the price, but otherwise not bad.
