The manager is so rude she got mad because I came in with cross!. She said I have to leave or she would call the police on me and my friend. The old manager was supper cool and wasn’t a problem didn’t mind if me or my friends came in with cross.

First day today and sign up was quick. The gym is layout perfectly. Everything is clean and as I go in the mornings there is mostly no one there. Perfect for me. They are actually doing an elevator

The gym etiquette of many people that go here is not great. People will pick up the free weight dumbbells and not put them back, sometimes they will bring them to another area and it makes it impossible to find (was there for an hour and didn’t see the 10, 15 and 20 lbs dumbbells once). The alcohol wipes are non existent. Trash is overflowing from the bins to the point where there’s empty water bottles on the ground around the garbage can. The Machines are not in the best shape but still usable. The water fountains have very low water pressure to the point where you basically have to have your mouth on top of the fountain if you want a drink of water. Filling up a reusable water bottle is practically impossible. Just pointing out the negatives of this gym but it’s very easy to get in a good work out here. It is smaller than most Blinks I’ve been to but there are still plenty of machines to use. But I will always drive an extra 10 minutes to use the Blink in Linden

My husband and I have been members since they opened in September. Since that date, I can count at least 5 times that they did not open up on time when we tried to workout. We like to workout in the mornings so we try to get there around 6am (mind you they are supposed to open up at 5am) we have sat outside and waited for 30 mins and still they haven't opened. Today in April, they once again didnt open up and we were here until 6:30am. We have spoke with management and even tried to contact corporate who refuse to address the issue properly. Management doesnt compensate in anyway for the discrepancy they constantly cause. If you want to workout in the mornings then this isnt the gym for you. *****UPDATE We spoke with management again and they offered compensation and made adjustments so it supposedly won't happen again. With new management we are hoping so.

This is one of the best gyms in the area. It's an old school, no frills, black iron style gym. Plenty of weights and machines. The atmosphere is so unlike the "health clubs" trying to pass as a gym. This place caters to powerlifters, Olympic weightlifters, and all manner of strength and conditioning athletes. Recommended for serious lifters.

If you're looking for a gym to begin your fitness road or to take it to another level this is the place. The atmosphere, the people, and the equipment is unmatched. It's grungy, but it needs to be. You're here to work. The owner is a fantastic guy offering a cheap membership, and if he sees you're not coming he stops payment. He's what owners should be in every regard.

I have been a member here for several months and really like it. It is definitely not pretentious. It's clear that there is more focus on lifting than aerobics but the bicycles that they have are sufficient and functional. If you're into lifting, this is definitely for you What I like about this location is that everyone is there to be fit or achieve their goals. I feel welcomed by the staff and other members that I see around. I haven't had to wait much to do my routine and can don't at my own pace - I don't feel the need to rush through anything so that I get the machine or equipment that I want.

Best gym I've ever been. From the facilities to the people, everyone's nice and it has all the equipment you can ever need. It doesn't matter if you're a beginner or pro athlete, this gym will probably fit all your needs.

I am one of those lazy asses who go to gym for two weeks and then stop. This is the first gym which kept me motivated. The owners are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Karen worked with me in the first week to get me started. I had to leave it because i moved and I still can't find any other gym like this one. Its very cheap so go try it out for few days. No contract as well. Highly recommended.
