Enrique provides an incredibly welcoming and positive environment, where both beginners and seasoned athletes feel comfortable. His coaching style is exceptional, as he balances skill-building with motivation, ensuring everyone stays engaged throughout the session. The gym itself is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, making it not only a great place to train but also a comfortable and enjoyable space to spend time in. Additionally, the members of the gym are equally as friendly and inclusive, making the experience feel like joining a supportive community from the very first visit.

Amazing experience. While visiting Palm Springs for work, I had the opportunity to drop in for class. Sign up and scheduling was easy and the location convenient. Coach Enrique spent time working on my form and explaining technique. Highly recommend.

Anytime I go back to Palm Springs, I will definitely be dropping into CrossFit Palm Springs. Everyone was very friendly and inviting. The equipment is brand new and the box is very clean. Enrique and Jake were great coaches for each of my sessions.

Had a great experience at CrossFit Palm Springs. Enrique is a great coach and had a ton of tips the two days I dropped in from Oakland. The box is super nice, filled with tons of great equipment. Will definitely come back next time I visit.

I've been going here for a year and a half they're definitely pushy always pushing you to get a trainer. Machines always broke. It was really busy before they opened up the other one so now it's pretty dead. The manager he's very cocky. I like the old staff I'm assuming they move them to the new site. We got an email saying they were going to start charging more the beginning of 2025 even though you're still on contract your annual dues aren't due yet for the price was going to go up according to the manager and your paying for what machines you can't get on.. So what's the point of having a contract and paying annual dues if they can change the price anytime they want. I thought you were locked in on that price That's what they said in the beginning. they did not refund my annual dues even though I didn't stay the whole year because of their price changing. They give you the runaround call this number then you call the number then they asked for a reference number that the manager never gave you because he never put it in. You going in circles and they don't handle it third party doesn't handle it so nobody can answer or do anything for you. Shouldn't be that hard to cancel a membership ask about your membership and your annual dues. No thank you I rather go to a Parks and Recs Center that has similar equipment less crowded machines that actually work.

Just expressing the concern that homeless people are allowed to sleep in the massage chairs. I went in to get an after workout massage where a homeless woman asked me to scan my badge so she could continue sitting there and when I sat down in my massage chair I noticed her scratching her skin aggressively and it made me concerned for infections like scabies. I've often walked away from the massage chairs smelling extremely dirty and I have seen homeless people sleeping in the chairs on a regular basis. Make me concerned for cleanliness. I do not feel comfortable in the massage chairs anymore.

Convenient location, good equipment, but inconsistency with conducting business. I signed up for a 7 day free pass I used it one day and the young man at the desk gave me the go-ahead after getting some info from me. I tried work out the next day, and had a different young man tell me I had to set it up with “them" I assume he meant a trainer.... They he explained to me that I couldn't use a 7 day free pass because I was not from the area, although I expalined I was conducting business now in Palm Springs, but I was from 29 Palms. He told me since I had previously purchased a 1 day pass, the 7 day free pass wasn't available to me. (I used it the day before). He went on to tell me about the available membership options and I told him I'd be back someday to get a membership. When I left the building he called out to me and asked if I'd worked out already which obviously I didn't because he just told me I couldn't use the pass. He said that the manager said I could workout. I politely declined. The answers I got and flip flopping from employees and their managers made the whole interaction confusing. The young man who's name started with A did his best, but I think it's more of a management needs to look at standard operating procedures. Unfortunately, I won't be back eventhough I thought this would be my new spot.

I came to visit for a month in October and was pushed into a higher membership to just pay for a month. I was told to let them know at the end of the month to cancel the membership and it would be fine. Turns out the cancellation process goes through a third-party and is extremely convoluted and they require 30-days notice to cancel. They said they couldn't adjust it because it went through the third-party. So now I'm paying an extra month at their highest rate and I feel like I've been taken advantage of for a gym that was overcrowded at all hours of the day. I wouldn't recommend this gym if you are visiting the area. Not worth the hassle or stress.
