Best Gyms with Resistance Machines near Long-branch, New-jersey

My favorite gym in this area! Amazing location, just a couple SECONDS from the beach. Nice view of the ocean while you workout. In the summer the parking meters are active but the gym offers 3 hours of free parking at the nearby parking garage. In the winter it's less crowded. Price isn't terrible it's somewhere around 70$/month currently. There's a good variety of equipment for weight lifting and a couple rooms for the classes. There's a crossfit zone and upstairs is pretty much all the cardio equipment. I currently go here and highly recommend this gym.

a customer for over 15 years between Paramus and golds long branch they overcharged me three times and not willing to admit it. The person in the photo authorized the charges and pretended he did not. He is also manager and between Friday till Monday nobody was willing to assist me. I’m asking for my money back as a gym owner this is disgusting way to do business. Now I am banned from the gym and out 3xs the money and will have to call the credit card company to file a complaint

Overall, good gym. Great location. All windows, so it’s bright and airy and you get a good view of the boardwalk. The major complaint is the horrible, non-stop blaring music…if you can even call it that. It’s so loud It must be some kind of contemporary noise that they call music, and it’s the only thing they play… day after day, all day and all night. You don’t see anyone walking around without ear plugs or headphones because the music is that bad, and also too loud to even hear yourself talk when having a conversation. The staff is very nice. Lots of equipment, so you never have to wait to use something.

I have been going to Golds Gym Long Branch for 3 yrs. The staff, run by Manuel, is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The facility itself is kept very clean and sanitized. Also as a member I have access to daily classes such as pilates, yoga, spin amongst many others.The instructors in these classes are excellent as well as the personal trainers. In closing I have a had a great customer experience being a member and would highly recommend to family and friends !

After hours wireless door unlocking with your phone is an amazing easy way to get in. Area and machines are brand new. The gym is always very clean.

Excellent gym with some amazing equipment you won’t find anywhere else. The staff is always friendly and the environment is great with uplifting energy. Highly recommend checking it out.
