This place has bad reviews for a reason. Unprofessional staff thats hired with no communication experience. They kicked me out for forgetting my card after i drove 20 minutes out the way after all the money i pay for out my membership. But its to be expected when they get paid close to 16 dollars an hour. Id hate my job too. Besides that and their hours are terrible and inflexible.

I used to experience cold water in the showers quite often, which was frustrating. However, after bringing this issue to the staff’s attention, I’m happy to say they’ve worked hard to improve the situation. The water temperature has improved significantly, and I’m glad to be back at the center now. Thank you to the team for addressing the issue and making the experience better for everyone!

I really want to leave a more positive review but I can’t. The hours here are horrible. You literally have people lined up in the morning and you have to kick people out at night. Most gyms/fitness clubs, if they’re not 24 hours, open at 5 AM and close at 10 PM. Opening at 6:30 AM and closing at 8:30 PM on weekdays is comical. You are shortchanging your members. The fees are not cheap. The pre-Covid hours were a little better but still not great. The location is what keeps me as a member. It’s too convenient for me to go anywhere else but your hours def tempt me to make a switch. Other cons - it is way too hot in the weight room. In the morning, when the weight room is less crowded, it’s not that bad. But in the afternoon and nighttime, when the room is way more crowded, I could work up a serious sweat just from stretching. And the temperature of the bathroom faucets are way too hot. It’s 90 degrees outside. Why am I washing my hands and face with hot water? Pros - haven’t come across a machine that is in need of repair or not working properly. Weight room has everything one would need for a great workout. Never had a problem or poor interaction with any of the staff. They seem friendly to me. Disclaimer - can only speak on the Men’s locker room and the weight room. Haven’t used anything else such as the pool, basketball courts, sauna or anything else. Bottom line - CHANGE YOUR HOURS

The swimming classes are a bit too crowded for kids. If you have a membership they should have priority and separate the general public. The shower situation for kids gets almost violent kind of absurd. I’ve seen roaches in the men’s locker room disgusting. The showers have some type of flys on the wall will be nice if they kept it clean.

I do not know who these people are who write 5-star reviews. I mean, this place is ridiculous; the front desk always seems to have a problem when you ask them a question. It happened on multiple occasions. They even gave me an attitude when I was signing up my daughter for swimming classes for no apparent reason, like I was disturbing their conversations. The supervisor/director is never present, whenever I call or whenever I come. No one is charged, and no one cares for anything, and the place is run by some 18-year-olds at the front desk. It is absolutely a joke.

By far the best gym experience ever. The gym is always clean when I walk in and I am always greeted by the front staff. Liz and Ivan are both amazing managers. Shoutouts to the maintenance and front desk staff. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a gym with affordable pricing while providing you top tier experience.

Changing my review to 3 stars, since the gym isn’t bad, as I was a previous member, however their system is weird, make sure you cancel in person if you’re going away or have any emergencies, as they tried charging me for months plus annual fee in 2022 while not even being there, despite calling, I was told to cancel in person at that time. This Black Friday I was sent a promotion, and signed up not even remembering anything about this, just to be denied access at the desk, telling me my accounts been merged and my past due amount from 2022 was due before I can enter the gym, even though I called and was told to come in person and that I would be helped out, definitely made me not want to be part of this gym, because there was 0 understanding or solution provided at that moment despite gym closing in 2 hours, they refused to let get a workout. At that point it wasn’t even about the money, I wasted my time, money coming there, lost any excitement signing up for promotion, only reason I even changed my review from 1 star because the owner responded and the gym isn’t that bad itself. Learn to work with people, policies be too strict!

I’ve never ever had any type of problems here. I’m here all the time. Only thing that’s annoying is sometimes the little groups of broccoli haired dorks take too long on the machines or benches. Staff is always cleaning and are generally super cool and polite. Never got any hidden fees or anything like what other people are talking about, but judging from the reviews they left , their English isn’t that good and it was probably a miscommunication.

Good gym in the morning for a quick workout. However sometimes the workers are buried in their phones when you walk in.

Good amount of equipment, just always crowded even before 5PM on weekdays. Workers are nice and always greet me / say bye. My biggest complaint is the hallway to the locker rooms. It smells disgusting and has been that way for the past 3 weeks I’ve been going there. Considering going to the sunset park one instead. Personally I think there’s too many cardio machines and too little of specific machines. You usually have to wait a while for certain ones.
