Great facility, 2 floor layout, equipment always functional, pleasant staff. Low stars due to corporate and GM not responding to request to have shaving cream added back to ladies locker room. 1 incident by children in June 2024 causes the members who pay several hundreds for this gym to suffer. All other locations (I visit 3) have all amenities unlike Princeton.

Where do I begin!! What a fantastic gym. Spending time here was like being on a resort. Every day is a mini vacation. The facility is beautiful. The staff is professional and helpful. I would like to take a minute to applaud some special staff members. First, Jaclyn and Vanessa in kids academy. They have such a tough job and make it look easy, with smiles on their faces. Second, Giana at the pool! She is friendly and welcoming and always greets us with a smile. Jenna the yoga instructor is so motivating and supportive- her energy is so positive that it makes me want to keep going when my body is saying stop. The pool manager- I can’t remember his name, amazing. And last, but not least, Chontay, she makes us smile every single time we purchase something at the Cafe. She is consistently happy and her friendliness is so welcome! She will make healthy suggestions and seems to know every member and makes us all feel special. Not sure how Lifetime does their hiring, but it should be a model for great staffing!

It's a good gym. But, if you charge 5 star prices, we expect a 5 star facility. The website is pretty inaccurate, especially the class descriptions and service hours. The photos are from a different gym. Outdoor hot tub is frequently closed. Probably wouldn't have spent $150 on the pool pass if I'd known how rarely I'd get to use it. It was closed half of last season. I was hoping it was only an issue last year, but this summer is just as bad. Very happy with the new squat racks! Still a little rough finding one during peak hours or when there are group classes, but I'm glad they listened and got new ones.

The best thing I ever did was sign up to this gym. It has everything that I need and more. I mostly signed up because I’m able to involve my 6 yr old son with me in the gym plus the pool while other gyms don’t allow kids at this time. Indoor/outdoor pools, saunas, jacuzzis, and so much more ! Very clean facility and staff is always on top of cleaning and exchanging towels, etc… absolutely love coming here because it’s truly my get away from reality and my son has so much fun here !

I’ve had opportunity to use this facility several times as a guest. While a beautiful building, in fact, one might think it’s an extension of Penn Medical across the street since it shares allot of the same interior design aspects. The club snack shop, and the hospital cafeteria are nearly identical. While there’s a five star look and feel, a deeper dive shows other. The locker rooms are often a mess. The floors are made of marble, and are very slippery in the shower and spa area, the spa area (sauna, steam) work very nicely, both have stadium lighting which is not relaxing, nor flattering. Unattended minors ( 10 and under) can be found in the jacuzzi, or malingering in the spa area and locker room. There’s a huge multicultural membership with different customs, habits and attitudes seem to present challenge to the staff. I’ve seen enough to dissuade a contract for myself. But I can see where this could be a lifestyle mecca for others.
