Best Gyms with Outdoor Pools near Sterling, Virginia

The Lifetime Sterling is a really nice and relaxing place to visit. It's located away from the busy traffic and noise of Fairfax County, which makes it a peaceful place to go. The staff are very friendly and professional, and they make you feel welcomed. If you visit in the afternoon between 5-7pm, there's usually enough space to do what you want to do. There's also a kids center with a great team who not only offer child care, but also structured classes to help kids learn social and mental skills. If you're interested in spa services or swimming, there's a full service spa and an indoor/outdoor pool with many amenities. Whether you want to focus on your fitness or just relax, the Sterling Lifetime is a great place to go.

This lifetime branch is the winner when it comes to the wide selection of equipment/machines that are available and the awesome staff. The Lifetime cafe is also great, and they recently renovated the surrounding space to include more areas where you can be productive after/before your workout. I love this LifeTime location!

I love this club, it has many recreation areas. The staff is very friendly, and the place is always clean. In terms of cost - benefit it has a high standard in quality of equipment and services.

I really like this gym however I just wish they had newer gym equipment especially the treadmills like the other locations. It’s really a bummer when amenities in one location are inaccessible due to remodeling and you have to go to a different lifetime but also have to change your whole workout routine because they don’t have the same gym equipments.

Definitely one of the best gym I have ever been!!! Only negative side is on rush hours, they do have swimming classes and sometimes it’s hard to find spot.
