Truly a place you can spend your entire day! The gym offers a variety of experiences, from getting in a great workout to enjoying a meal at the café. There’s so much to do—whether it’s playing pickleball, swimming in one of the three pools, or even treating yourself at the LifeSpa with a massage, wax, or a fresh haircut and nails. One of my favorite things is having access to the studio when classes aren’t running—perfect for stretching without feeling self-conscious about some of the poses. And if you're looking for a relaxed end to your day, there's even a bar on-site. What’s really impressive is their Recovery Center. It offers dynamic stretches, cryolounges, hydro massages, and compression systems, making it an excellent option for post-workout recovery. The trainers at this gym are also very knowledgeable, and I would highly recommend making use of the one free session that comes with the membership. For families, the kids' center is amazing! My nephews absolutely love it, especially the tumbling classes. They also have specail dates for "parents night out" when the kids center stays open later than normal. They’ve also had all their swim lessons at Lifetime, starting when they were just 1 year old. There are so many pros to this place, but there are some downsides too—mainly the cost. If you’re not using the full range of amenities, the membership might not feel worth the price. I was lucky to join when it was $115 a month, but newer members are paying about $200. Keep in mind that this gym has membership tiers, and access to one location doesn’t guarantee access to others. As someone who travels frequently, I’ve run into this issue. However, you can call ahead and arrange up to 3-day access at different locations, which is helpful. Overall, Lifetime Fitness Keller is a fantastic facility with tons to offer—just be prepared for the cost if you’re not fully utilizing it!

I had a membership at this location for over a year. I was mostly disappointed because of the little amenities & lack of sanitation for paying $200 a month. The locker room and showers were not always clean and the one time I forgot my shower shoes and showered without I got a wart on my foot! That shows they don’t properly clean their facilities. The workout classes were nice but most of the time I was less then a foot away from the person next to me because there were lots of people (specifically barre and yoga). The Pilates instructor never reached out after I told them I was interested in doing classes. There were also not many weight machines for being a “gym” and a lot more cardio machines. I just don’t think for the price you’re getting what you pay for.

Been coming to this gym since it opened in Ft Worth/Keller area. Has excellent facilities and services just like a mini resort. Great healthy food selection at the cafe (with bar)and love having spa massages and hair services every now and then. All the staff are friendly. The instructors for the classes are very engaging and motivated. My kids love the facilities as well specially the pool area. If I could get all my friends to join this health club I would. Highly recommended to everyone!

I cannot speak highly enough about the wonderful experience my daughter has had with Presley at Life Time Gym’s kids’ area. Presley’s kindness, patience, and genuine care shine through in every interaction she has. My daughter always leaves with a big smile and countless stories about how much fun she had. Thank you, Presley, for making the kids’ program such a standout part of the Life Time experience! You are truly a gem!

I use this gym 5-7 times a week for the past 6 months. I enjoy lifetime as a gym and I pay for my wife and daughter to use the gym as well. I fell that the gym can be cleaner and the locker room areas can be improved. The showers have at least 2/3 out of order and they are definitely not always clean. I would suggest you get someone cleaning them every hour on the hour like buccees. The parking lot needs security or cameras as several people cars have been stolen and broken into. This is worrying for such a large facility and company. The staff are great and they work their tails off. Either they need more help in the locker rooms or they need someone full time cleaning stalls and showers. Take note from buccees. You are a huge company, you can afford this. The clients deserve this for the membership fees we pay. If we wanted average sub par service and amenities we would have joined planet fitness.

Welcoming, friendly front desk people. Kind, caring, Gentle Yoga class with Leanne. Leanne modifies Yoga poses for those who may need a little extra help and/or encouragement. No matter how old or cranky our bodies may be, Leanne knows a way for us to all do Yoga in a way that is helpful. She provides for all needs, whether you have a younger body or an older body. I always feel more energetic and more relaxed when I leave Yoga class. And I've been with friends who care about me and about each other. It's a community, and I'm so happy to be a part of it.

This place is a racist with some coaches and kids with their parents. The Arlington/ Mansfield is much better. The few blacks had working there were a Uncle Tom. Especially the white coach he was the ring leader. They had a group picture and they refused to take it with my child. I had made a complaint about it nothing was done. This location tolerant discrimination with teacher it. This happened 2yrs ago. I had asked them about switching to another different team. Because the girls was mostly white and didn't want to practice with her. When I tried to addressed my concerns to the person above or corporate. They didn't take me seriously like it was some kind of joke. They had some would trying to help. I was surprised it's supposed to be diversity. I had been at the Arlington) Mansfield area with no problem for yrs. I am guessing it all depends on the location with some bad seeds.

Ive been with them for the past 3 yrs. I’ve love the classes, child care and instructors. I work 12-16 hrs a day and this place use to be my safe place. Didn’t have any issues. However, the past months they been having issues on charges or don’t updates the information when given. and I’ve been over charged. It takes about 2 wks to get a manager to call back or to give you time to settle the issue. Till now there is no manager available to fix the issues or over payments. It is sad to see there is no effort to fix issues. They only ask to either pay it( even when the amount is wrong).

We absolutely LOVE Northpark Y!!!! My husband and I have worked out here for years and our kids have grown up here. My husband and I have had workout and coffee dates throughout the years while our kids have played at the playhouse and youth zone. I have been able to get homework done for grad school during my time at the Y and my kids have made so many crafts and drawings from the Y. Most recently my daughter became old enough to do the cardio equipment at the Y and she was so excited to do her orientation. The Y has also helped our kids to swim! There’s so many caring and loving people at the Y and I’m so thankful to be a part of this community.

Helpful and friendly staff, clean facility, and great classes to choose from. Absolutely LOVE the Silver Sneakers classes! I'm kicking myself for not getting involved in them sooner since I've had my membership at the YMCA for some time now. The instructors are engaging and the classes while gentle are very effective.
