I’ve been going to InBalance for about a year and a half, and when it’s time to renew my membership it’s a no brainer! I found InBalance while looking for a Pilates studio after I moved to San Antonio/Alamo Ranch area. They not only offer different Pilates formats, they offer much more! The instructors are all lovely and they all want you to feel your best and they will kick your BUTT in the nicest way possible. They take time to help with your form, provide modifications and overall make sure you get the best out of your workout. Give it a try if you’re looking for a studio to join!

I don't even know where to begin if I could give this place 1 billion stars I would ! After I had my daughter (postpartum) , then two miscarriages I became closed off , very depressed , and super insecure of my body just not feeling the best it was the worst feeling ever! The gym didn't work I felt worse so I decided to try Pilates. I tried one class then decided I'm going to just get a membership.. it was the best decision I have ever made for myself! It not only helped my mental health but also me feeling good about myself! I've only been here since June , but wow I love it! I have met some of the most amazing women here all the instructors and the group of ladies I do my classes with! If you want a Pilates studio that has amazing non judgmental women and butt kicking workouts this is where you need to be! I'm very thankful for this studio!

First time to visit this place last Saturday for an exclusive puppies and pilates event. We had brought in kind donations for San Antonio Animal Care Services. I hadn't tried pilates before and was looking forward to learning and enjoying the puppies. The 4 puppies were around 11 weeks and were just adorable. They would make their way around the room, visiting with us while we tried to work out. I will say that there was one particular puppy that was distracting me a lot but I loved playing with him. He kept giving me kisses and cuddling. I brought a friend to join the fun and she hadn't tried pilates either. She had fun as well. A few days later I'm still slightly sore for the parts I did get to work out. This was lots of fun, full of giggles and definitely for a good cause.

I’ve been able to take a couple of classes at the Inbalance on Alamo Ranch. First time was at the 5 year anniversary earlier this summer. The staff and everyone are just so warm and inviting. I recently took Lyn’s repair and restore class and she is so amazing. I love how attentive she is to the whole class and offering different variations for our individual comfort levels. She is the sweetest person and her smile is just infectious. I am so looking forward to continue my fitness journey at this studio. They have so many different classes to offer and there’s a true sense of community there. So glad I found them!

This is my 3rd week at inBalance. It’s fantastic! The instructors are so professional and knowledgeable. They’re extremely kind and patient, modifying quickly and easily as needed. The classes are small and I almost feel like I’m getting private lessons, which they offer! Another great thing is that inBalance offers a large variety of classes-reformers, mat Pilates, yoga and more! I’m so glad I stopped for cheesecake (oops!)because now I walk two doors down instead snd stretch and challenge my body! I love inBalance!
