Therese the club manager is phenomenal! Every time I come in, she makes me feel welcome and takes so much pride in maintaining a clean environment! Her welcoming spirit makes me feel the most comfortable I have felt in YEARS going to the gym🥰 I suggest this location to everyone I can!

The club is very clean. Staff friendly at Check in. However there are multiple people sitting on equipment using cell phones. I have gone through 3 machines 3sets of 15 reps and they are still sitting on phones. Multiple people sitting in locker room on phones. Signage is posted all over the club but no one enforces the rules. There should be a scan device to unlock the inner doors for entry that would free up staff to walk around to offer help with the equipment ,clean or gently remind people to keep it moving. The shower in stall number two was cold again today.

I switched locations from the southgate gym to here because the manager was extremely rude and I always received great energy and smiles when I walked in to the gym and Therese was at the front desk. If there’s ever an issue she’s always quick to handle it and doesn’t give me attitude when there is a problem. It’s because of her and her staff that I keep my membership.

I wish I asked the person's name but I didn't. Anyway.... forgot my phone after using the tanning bed. Called the location from my Wife's phone at home upon realizing it. It was waiting at the front desk. Thankful for good people!

The club is very clean and staff is friendly at check in. Great location for me. Now this is coming from a 60 year old man who is very familiar with gym etiquette. This is not necessarily all PF but the clientele. However PF needs to have staff address the issues with clientele. What I have witnessed multiple times: Men in lockeroom on their phones, people talking on phones while on equipment, people spending excessive time on a machine this past Tuesday I asked a gentleman, who i had witnessed sitting on the same machine(lat pull) while the person I was working out completed 3 set apiece on 3 different pieces of equipment. I asked how many sets he had left and he became very confrontational obviously zero gym etiquette , people texting also when working out on equipment. A good weight training program might take 45-60 minutes but at PF in Bayview this can add at least an additional 30 minutes on to workout. I hope PF staff would monitor and correct these issues. On a last note Tuesday night of this week, went in to shower and the stall next to me had bags full of dirty clothing hanging on both shower hooks. I feel bad if the person was homeless and doing his laundry but come on.

This is my gym. It close to home and has a good selection of equipment. However, there are ALWAYS things that don't work: water fountains, bottle fillers, showers that flood into the hallway, liquid chalk on the walls, they haven't filled the soap in the showers in months...but the people are kind, it's convenient, and they do clean. It's not terrible, just needs better maintenance. The current manager is nice and also helpful.

Needs a real cleaning. The front of the treadmills are unbelievably dirty. The water fountain doesn’t work, plastic bottles/cups in half the treadmills, handy wipes aren’t used by most people and some dispensers are empty. Also no paper towels in the bathrooms and hand drier is broken. Management and employees are clearly negligent because the basics aren’t being done. The equipment and facilities are decent, bathrooms clean and parking is good, but I go in the morning. Also many members don’t put any effort in to keep it clean and sanitary. It’s an ownership issue. Shit rolls downhill.

I say this place is nice to workout and focus. It’s smaller and they have nice machines. However a part of me feel unsafe because their is not a staff there at all times. Also looks like it could use some cleaners to get a places together. I only did a 7 day pass and the guy who helped me had great customer service. He was personable and did a great job connecting. Just wish he was there at night but I guess that’s what make it anytime fitness. As a women I not too sold on the safety at night but I do like the gym during the day.

I like that they have a good amount of machines to use but this place is very dirty. They have dust stuck on the treadmills. The restrooms are always dirty. They don't put liners in the trash. At least at planet fitness they clean all the time. Very surprised that a anytime would be that un clean.

This Anytime Fitness offers a basic gym experience. It has an adequate selection of weight and aerobic machines, in addition to free weights. I have rarely found it to be crowded. Earlier this year, new owners took over. There is not much change, but I miss the friendliness of the former manager and his close attention to maintaining the property.
