The facility is fabulous. The main reason I've join, as many have , is the sauna. They recently regulated the temperature such that you don't break a sweat. It's lukewarm. Need to get this fixed. A sauna is supposed to be warm. Please get this addressed asap. Thank you!

Adam was more than attentive today went. I went back as a Silver Sneakers member and need to build up muscle after losing 30 lbs after chemo. I have a treadmill at home, explained to him my situation, and he gave me perfect instruction on each machine and weights. I'll be going 3 times a week after setting a goal, which he encouraged.

I've gone to the one in Worcester and Whitinsville, this one is beautiful** extremely clean and like brand new, indoor and outdoor track, clean pool and sauna is amazing, very happy with this location!!

I went to the smoothie shop here and the boy was quite rude. I was trying to customize the drink to my taste, but he treated me with dirty looks and attitude. Would not recommend.

Love the atmosphere. It's is a very clean facility. Instructors are amazing. Love the group classes
