Best location I ever been. Front desk is amazing. Everybody welcoming, trainers are amazing, good vibes. The cafeteria is nice and clean, I usually get my order the way I want it. Teyiera the cafe manager is so professional and helping the staff & the costumers, smiling, and very respectful person she is AWESOME. I highly recommend this cafe based on the management and the variety of food, drinks, and the environment.

The facility is dirty and clearly under-managed. The locker rooms were messy, with towels and trash left everywhere, and the equipment looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. On top of that, they seem more focused on squeezing money out of members than providing a quality experience, constantly trying to increase their rates every month. For the price they charge, I expected a much higher standard. Definitely not worth it until they start prioritizing cleanliness, proper management, and member satisfaction.

I’ve tried to hard not to do this but this location and management needs to be addressed. This is the worst maintained lifetime fitness I’ve seen. Took management 6 months to change a broken shower head in the family handicap shower. Replace a low tier shower head with a looks like a dollar general shower head I didn’t think they could’ve gone with a lower grade. It’s there if you guys wanna see yourself. The pool is gross never vacuumed or cleaned the floor has never been cleaned since pre summer. I come here 2 to 3 times a week. And I’m very observant but of course when mentioned the staff would say otherwise and put on a pony show. And that’s not why I’m fed up. My 5 years came home with molluscum contagiosum after the day I complained about how filthy this outdoor pool is. Staff doesn’t really care if grown adults with no kids wonder around in family room. I’ve seen these same adults come use the family restrooms let’s just say the only kids they’re dropping off is in that toilet. If you’re trying to join I would suggest another location. This place is a complete disaster. I will be taking more photos this was just last Saturday. Just to give you an idea of the quality of maintenance and management that’s painters blue tape holding pieces of the slide together and slide was not closed for this. I can’t make this up. That’s the slide launch in case you can’t tell. 🤦♂️

Update: **** Location is still filthy and nothing has been done by management to fix anything. GM is a joke and has not attempted to reach out despite all my contact details being tied to my account. A generic response to my review, and others complaining about the same thing is useless. LT needs to hire and train people to clean the gym correctly, inside and out. Otherwise corporate should be looking to hire a new GM asap. **** Poorly maintained location. Excited to see how the new Sienna one will hold up. None of the umbrella mist systems work outside , despite increased membership costs. Would be nice if they built some outdoor pickleball in the empty field behind, like the Baybrook location has. Overall very poor cleanliness of locker room shower, Sauna, and steam room areas. Always gross stuff left from the people. But the same stuff shouldn’t be there for more than two hours, during working hours. You will also notice lights out, missing toiletries, lockers not working as they should and no repairs to follow up. Backtracking to when this location was first built, cleanliness and maintenance was significantly better, but has been going downhill since then. Overall, it just seems like the current management is not walking the property regularly and checking in with employees to see where some issues may be operationally. But on the other hand the signature class instructors are really top notch. But nite that this location does not have Alpha Strength and they never sent a notice about it, just simply took it off the schedule. Also shoutout to the front desk staff Patrick and Kim are always super friendly and teaching new ways that I can use my membership.

I’m really confused as to what I’m paying for. The gym is filthy alllll the time. There were three consecutive days where the majority of wipe dispensers in the gym were completely empty…so basically there’s no way to wipe equipment down before/after use. The other week I was working out and waiting for a piece of equipment for nearly 5 minutes…only for a personal trainer to swoop in (knowing I was waiting) and grab it for a client - I was shocked. Is someone’s personal training session more important that my workout? Especially when I already spent a considerable amount of time waiting. Lastly, the gym is truly a mess - weights everywhere, literally just thrown wherever. There’s always towels and trash thrown about. The bathrooms are disgusting. Isn’t this supposed to be a “luxury” gym? Here are some photos from my workout last night….and yes, that is a piece of gum someone stuck on the cardio equipment…

The 5 * is to acknowledge three guys at the reception. Angel, Casey B. and Nick S. My former membership was canceled instead of being frozen (that’s a different story) and these guys helped me a lot with a new setup and others. I also would like to mention that they have been friendly, helpful and welcoming every time I have been in the gym. They genuinely seem to care about members and I really appreciate their approach and support.

I have been a member at this location for a year and a half now. I absolutely love the size of the gym and the variety of equipment available with no wait no matter what time of day! The staff are so friendly and the personal trainers and group fitness instructors are top notch. I have been custom personal training with Tom for about a year and I’ve been attending ‘The Ride: HIIT the Road’ spin class with Benjamin, which is the most challenging and intensely rewarding cycling class ive ever taken, thanks to his motivating instruction!

Love this place. Clean, bright, friendly atmosphere with a great selection of weights and cardio. Nice lockeroom and cool front desk people as well. Also had very very reasonable one day guest passes which I appreciate. This is my spot from now on when I come to Sugar Land.

Cancelling was a nightmare but The Owner made things right. I previously rated 1 star specifically just for the General Manager John Carpenter. He is terrible at his job, lies, fraudulently charges people, never responds, has terrible customer service & they need to fire him immediately. He overcharged me when trying to cancel & fraudulently charged personal training. The gym itself gets 5 stars & The Owner gets 5 stars. The Owner emailed me, refunded my money, and made sure my membership was 100% cancelled. I would never go back as long as the General Manager John Carpenter works there but The Owner was amazing, very professional, helpful, and made things right. The gym is really nice, clean, big, and has lots of equipment. I was a member for 2 years & would’ve stayed but now I’m forced to leave because of John. If you go, make sure to keep the owner’s email on-hand. I hope this gym makes the right decision about their GM because it was my favorite spot.

Membership cancellation If you become a member at this gym and decide to cancel, make sure you get everything in writing before you leave the gym. You may even need to go to the White House to get it notarized. I have been trying to cancel my membership since August of this year. I have gone in person to cancel. I have spoken to several staff members on the phone, and I have also emailed the general manager, John Carpenter, three times, and the assistant manager, Casey, once regarding canceling my membership. As of this day, December. 10th my membership is still active and they are still trying to charge my credit card. John Carpenter is very rude, narcissistic, and need anger management classes. He is the dirt that makes the club nasty. I have been calling the gym almost daily now trying to get it canceled. They look at caller ID and say, managers not there, call back later, they just walked out the door, etc. Anything to avoid doing what’s right. I’ve been a member of several gyms, and have NEVER experienced so much stress and frustration from trying to cancel. Is it that the club needs money that bad that they would try to rob their customers? Is this what you all are doing now to pay for your business? After calling everywhere trying to get in touch with the corporate office, I decided to look here on the site. Now I really see this is a common thing. This needs to be reported to better business bureau which is where I’m going next if not resolved this week.
