My wife and I have been coming to this gym since our other Fitness19 location closed after the pandemic. Haven't had many bad experiences, we don't deal with the front desk staff much, besides a couple occasions I've maybe left my keys at one of the pieces of equipment and they were turned in. Some are pretty friendly, some won't pay you much mind, I really don't care because we're just there to work out. It's not that packed when we go, but we are more morning goers. I can count on less than one hand the times I've gone at night, I would imagine that is much busier. Equipment is relatively clean and plentiful, it's rarely ever difficult to get on what you want in the morning. They've recently added more pieces of equipment that they only had one of. First impressions are important, we got an offer for a free training session, it was scheduled and even received confirmation text the day before and a phone call for it the previous week. When the time came, showed up, but the staff looked confused and the trainer wasn't there. I know things can get messed up, but you only get one chance to make a first impression and when you receive a phone call and a text for confirmation, it's not a great look. We will continue coming to this gym to workout on our own, but definitely not for any personal training sessions.

This is a great gym with many great equipments and awesome instructors (especially Elliot who I will be mainly writing my honest review about below). I go to Fitness 19 twice a week to yoga classes but I also use Hydro Chair every time before the class which is super relaxing (10min). I also want to give many thanks to our yoga instructor Elliot. I attend his evening classes twice weekly. He is such an amazing yoga instructor which cares about every student and attends all during class to modify or guide through the yoga poses. He is super patient with everyone and time flies so fast and I always leave the class much more flexible than when I came in. It is super relaxing, especially he is cool at choosing very calming yoga music to play during class. Elliot is very knowledgeable and takes time to listen and explain what is needed to achieve if you are trying to perfect new poses or improve the one you learned. I not only became flexible in just under 6 months, but also it helped to strengthen my back and fix my posture. I walk straight now, while before I tried many posture correction vests on the market to "fix" it and nothing worked like yoga did to correct my posture from hours of sitting in office chair. My core and abs are stronger too. Thank you Elliot for all your time and patience and making us stronger and flexible every class!!! We really appreciate you. Never leave this gym!! :))) Nikki

- While I do understand that this is a more budfet friendly gym than others, and this could translate into having a gym with some limitations, such us lack of pool or more machines to use, this should not be a reason to have a lesser quality costumer service. I have been going to this gym for about a month now, and I noticed most employees, especially male employees at the front desk, could improve their manners when dealing with clients. Also, if one decides to decline an offer for signing up for training, after having had a free training session, this should not be a reason for the trainer to behave in any way that is not professional with the client.

The gym has been everything we wanted minus a basketball gym. The staff is friendly and the overall atmosphere of the gum is cool. We had issues with billing that took way longer than expected to resolve partly because of communication issues from the management team. That being said, Issac was great after we came in person. He listened to what the issue was and was able to come up with a resolution on the spot. If they can fix the communication issues than this gym is a no-brainer to recommend. Thank you again Isaac!

Anytime I need to add a family member or make changes to my membership, this is the place to do it. The management (David and Dominic) are awesome to work with. They work with you for the best customer outcome, happiness, and satisfaction. They are friendly and not hard nosed like other gyms. I'm a gym rat,and their attitudes are refreshing. This is the place to sign up.

CHUZE has been the best gym I have ever been a member of. The staff is so friendly, welcoming and uplifting. The classes are so fun, lead by extremely supportive instructors. There’s so much equipment to choose from, plenty of machines to have a well rounded workout any day of the week. The smoothie station is phenomenal, so is the aquatic side of the gym. The recovery section of the gym is also a favorite of mine, massage chairs and therapeutic devices. The gym is also so clean, I love it so much.

Great gym! Fully equipped. Friendly staff. The facilities include a lap pool, sauna/steam room, massage chairs, fitness classes and so much more. Very impressive for a gym in the area. Also felt clean and the equipment is fairly new. Membership prices are very reasonable for a gym this caliber.

I enjoy the culture, friendliness of staff and overall cleanliness of the gym. In addition, the equipment is mostly always in good operating condition. However, at times the gym can become very busy in which case I will consider one of the alternative gyms in which I'm a member. Overall, I would recommend Chuze Fitness to almost anyone.

Such a large gym, there’s plenty of weights and space even during active hours. Everything is clean and you can get a high protein drink fresh off the workout at great price, especially compared to others

FIX YOUR EQUIPMENT!!!! I liked this gym when I first started coming last August but I loathe coming now. It's always busy no matter what time you come (which is fine) but NO ONE reracks their weights and currently there are multiple broken resistance machines downstairs and EVERY cardio bike upstairs is broken (the resistance doesn't work on any of them, I tested them today personally). My fiancé and I pre-paid thousands up front for 3 years platinum membership, what is our money going towards?? I'll change my review once the equipment is fixed (and the downstairs bathroom is periodically out of order at least once a month) until then it's staying 1*. In the meantime we're going to start looking for other gyms in the area. I used to love Gold's Gym, idk what happened to it but it feels like an LA fitness or 24hr Fitness now, except more expensive. 1 STAR DO NOT RECOMMEND 🌟

Stopped in from out of town, so I cannot speak to the cost of membership or the everyday struggles with crowding issues, but I did get find the gym well equipped, if not a touch small for the number of members between 1 and 3pm. I chose this time thinking it may be a bit less crowded, but it was still busy. Great equipment selection and layout, but like previous reviews, I found most (4/6) paper towel dispensers empty which means most people were not or unable to wipe anything down. Bathroom was an abomination... garbage everywhere and disgusting. Being this place is only 11 months old, maintenance is going to be their biggest hurdle. I hope it keeps up, because it's otherwise a great gym.

Buyer beware! I loved the gym but when it came time to cancel the membership (moved away) the procedure is a giant pain! You’ll need to get a phone number from golds gym, call a third party and jump through hoops just to talk to someone, that will try to talk you out canceling after being on the phone for half an hour. So thank you, golds gym, This experience has taught me some valuable questions to ask when picking future gyms.

Great equipment and not too busy during off hours. Their free weight rack upstairs is quite unorganized and I don’t see many people clean their equipment before or after use. Some of the treadmills look like they could use a wipe down. Overall, okay for what you pay.
