I play in 5v5 turf soccer league. $50 for a season it's so much fun. Alot of cool people there. I walked inside the YMCA and there's lots of gym equipment and exercise classes in there.

Become a member today and start enjoying all of the benefits that the YMCA has to offer. This location has a full gym, sports areas, and a swimming pool. They also have several programs for the community to participate in. I recommend the Adventure Guides program for fathers and their kids. They also offer martial arts classes.

I stopped by to see if Mission Viejo Family YMCA was open. This is a great place for the entire family. They have basketball, a small soccer arena and lots of other things to do. This YMCA is clean and we'll taken care of. You should stop by to see for yourself how nice this YMCA really is. Highly recommend

Poor lifeguard etiquette with a lack of consistency in how they treat guests and especially when it comes to random rule implementations depending on which lifeguard you get. It is clear to the casual observer that they lack basic training and are unclear on rules themselves as often times they make them up as they go. Also, if you are a parent of small children I would strongly advise against using this facility if your child's safety is important.

I signed up here to try to get back into swimming. The lane reservation is a cool feature but I found that it was useless. The first time I went, there was another man occupying my reserved lane. The second time I showed up for my reserved lane, I got kicked out within five minutes because there was a "swimming lesson that took priority." The staff didn't really care to communicate what might have gone wrong. The pool also isn't very clean. The staff was friendly otherwise however, and the facility is nice, this place just did a poor job of serving my specific needs and I canceled my membership after two visits.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “I’ve been coming to Fitness 19 in Mission Viejo for a while now, and it’s by far my favorite gym in the area. The equipment is top-notch, and the gym itself is always clean and well-organized. The staff is super friendly and creates a supportive environment. Plus, the prices are unbeatable for what you get. If you’re looking for a no-fuss, great place to get fit, this is it!”

I have been a member of Fitness 19 and other gyms on and off for over 10 years and Fitness 19 has, by far, been my favorite gym. All of the staff members are incredibly welcoming when coming in for a work out. The equipment is fabulous - always clean, never worn out. You can tell that the staff and other members really take care of of the facility. It's a more intimate gym so naturally it can be pretty busy during peak hours but all of the other members are friendly so it's easy to ask someone when they'll be wrapping up on a certain piece of equipment, etc.

Fitness19 is one of the best gyms I’ve been to - I’ve been a member for over a year and a half and I love coming to this location. Mo is incredibly helpful and a wonderful trainer. He’s really helped me get in shape for my upcoming wedding and always walks me through exercises at my own pace.

This is a great place to workout. I’ve moved into the area and heard this was one of the top three gym memberships that are worthwhile!! All of the staff are friendly, clean environment , and appreciate the serene views of the lake. Thank you for making this space a great experience for all.

I've been a member of CorePower Yoga for two wonderful years now, and it's been an incredible journey. I find myself on the mats about four days a week, enjoying their fantastic classes at Mission Viejo and Laguna Hills locations. The instructors here are top-notch, always motivating us and guiding us towards both a great workout and mindfulness. What I truly appreciate is the ability to attend classes at these various locations when I travel. With 7-8 studios in Orange County, there's always an option, even if I have to drive 20 minutes for a unique time. Cleanliness is a top priority here, and the studios always feel fresh and inviting. But what truly sets CorePower apart is the incredible sense of community. I've had the pleasure of meeting fantastic people on this journey, and it's heartwarming to see the bonds formed within this yoga community. And speaking of classes, my absolute favorites are Hot Power Fusion & Core Restore. They've brought a new dimension to my practice, combining a great workout with mindfulness that has been instrumental in my physical and mental growth. In summary, CorePower Yoga is more than just a studio; it's a place of growth, support, and connection, offering both an exceptional workout and mindfulness experience in Orange County. Namaste! 🧘♀️🙏

I began practicing yoga regularly during COVID and decided I’d explore local studios once we all began emerging. I’ve tried all of them, from the more expensive boutique single-studios to larger franchises like Core Power. While I have a bias to non-chain non-corporate-type situations, I found myself returning to Core Power more often than the rest. Since I’ve attended the Mission Viejo studio most regularly, I’ve noted that they have a vibrant community, excellent teachers, and a variety of classes (and temperatures!) that, to me, far surpassed the rest. The C2 classes are my hands-down favorites, as they afford gifted teachers (like Danica, Kennedi, Robin, Kayla–all of them, really) a chance to flex their creativity, and the students to meet the types of challenges that subvert routine. I’ve also had the chance to attend classes in Encinitas, where I’m from and go often to visit my parents; Lake Forest; and Santa Barbara. I LOVE the convenience of being able to hop on my mat in other cities with my membership and a sense of the types of flows I can expect. Blessings to y’all at MV Core Power - you’ve added great value to my life!

CorePower is the absolute best! Wonderful variety of classes! Amazing instructors! Love the convenience of studios in so many cities! I love that when I travel I can still find a CPY and attend a yoga class!!! I highly recommend CPY as part of your workout regime!

I love the studio and absolutely love Leah and her energy. My only thing and this has nothing to do with Leah, was the conversation and talking that goes on before the class begins. at the end of the class during Leah asking to keep the silence for other yogis these two people just continued talking (so loudly)..I frankly dont know if there is anything that can be done. otherwise love the studio and all the instructors.

Before today, I attended several yoga classes at this studio and it was a wonderful experience. I typically choose the 3:15 pm class – I loved the small class size and the time is perfect before my night shift as a Labor & Delivery nurse. Today was much different. The abrasive treatment I received from the Core Power staff was not only disappointing, but extremely unprofessional. After hitting traffic and attempting to call ahead, I entered the studio five minutes after our class started. I kindly explained my situation and only received a sharp, insensitive response from the front desk staff who turned me away. After this horrible experience, I will never return to this studio again. I would not recommend it to any friend or colleague and am completely let down by service and the unfriendliness of the staff.
