Here's the deal: I have historically hated the gym. I decided I was finally going to try one more time since moving to Kissimmee. It was the best decision I could have ever made! This place is amazing. I am a Perks member. I tan and use hydro massage, take 2-3 classes per day with some absolutely amazing instructors, and have my kiddos at the Kid's Crunch Club who can't wait to go every single day! The staff is welcoming - they care - they recognize us, they motivate us, they are the reason for our positive experience! Their staff is unmatched; their instructors are knowledgeable and have a great class environment; the facility is beautiful and state of the art! I can't say enough about this being the first very positive and welcoming experience I have had. Huge shout out to my favorite instructors: Josie, Stacy P, and Evelyn R; Maria at the Kid's Crunch Club (she is the best, hands down!), and our front desk workers, especially Nani whom we love! Thank you all for making the gym a positive experience and something we look forward to daily. We highly recommend Crunch Kissimmee to anyone who is looking for the best fitness experience - they are unmatched!

Crunch has truly become my second home since I moved to Kissimmee in June 2024. The staff are awesome, engaging, and have truly become my friends. My fellow gym members also have a great attitude, and it’s been awesome to help build a community of positive, healthy people who encourage and motivate one another. Oh, and learning how to DJ in the parking lot and sharing my music from the second floor is a fun perk, too.

This location is my new gym! Everyone is welcoming, Elizabeth was extremely helpful and informative on anything I asked her about. I never had a gym experience like this before. I will definitely be getting a membership. Be sure to come here and ask for Elizabeth, she will be able to enhance your gym experience! I also loved her bubbly and authentic personality! The gym is also very clean and well kept together which I love. Awesome staff and location!
