I’ve been a student at Yoga Joint for nearly 10 years, and I can’t say enough great things about this studio! The vibe is always welcoming and positive, and the downtown Fort Lauderdale location is perfect for me. The consistency of the instructors is one of my favorite aspects—every class feels well-thought-out and aligned with what I need. The class schedule is flexible, making it easy to find times that work with my busy work schedule. I also appreciate the assigned mat spaces, which add to the sense of organization and comfort. The mobile app is super convenient for signing up and managing classes on the go. The staff is always friendly and helpful, creating a truly wonderful environment every time I visit. Whether you’re new to yoga or a longtime practitioner, I highly recommend Yoga Joint!

This was the best yoga studio I have ever been to! I go to hot yoga 4 times a week and love it and I was excited to try this studio but also was nervous. I have never been to such a big studio. It was beautiful inside and I loved the dark moody room with lights such a vibe. The music is so good and on the louder side but in a good way. I did the follow60 for my first class with Andrea who was an amazing instructor. Her class felt like a spiritual transformative experience and she was so nice I had the chance to talk with her after class and she is a great instructor who you can tell loves what she does. The class offers more free flow and you can do your more advance variations throughout the class which I loved. The other class I took was flow60 with Andy who was hilarious and great upbeat positive energy which I also liked a lot. He is great at what he does and the class felt more traditional and more direction throughout which was also great. Overall both classes were amazing and I plan to try the fit45 in the future because the music sounded awesome from the lobby super upbeat and seems fun!

My first class there was amazing! The crew was so polite and kind while explaining everything. I enjoyed the class a lot! Everyone is so focus on themselves that it gives me the confidence to do my best :) i'm obssesed and ill come at least once per week of course! Only bad thing to say is that the smell on the room somedays is really bad.

Yoga Joint has completely redefined my yoga practice! The infrared heat takes every session to another level—it deepens stretches, amplifies detoxification, and creates a truly invigorating yet sweetly challenging experience. The unique sequences keep each class fresh and exciting, and the instructors’ expertise shines through in every detail, from their cues to the energy they bring to the mat. What truly sets Yoga Joint apart is the centralized experience—no matter which location I visit, the vibe, quality, and service are consistently phenomenal. Each studio feels like a welcoming retreat, and the staff go above and beyond to ensure you feel supported and seen. Yoga Joint isn’t just a studio—it’s an elevated, transformational experience. I can’t imagine practicing anywhere else. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a next-level yoga journey!

I just took my first FIIT 45 class with Lo at the Yoga Joint. Her class was terrific. She called out each exercise clearly and with energy to push you on. She also provided a few helpful tips and a few funny comments that made the class both challenging and enjoyable. Great class!!

The atmosphere is welcoming and supportive, with amazing staff and a strong team mentality that makes you feel like you truly belong. The coaches are incredible—they keep you motivated, hold you accountable, and make you want to keep coming back. I’m thankful to have found this gym. The class I took was a great experience, I came in with no knowledge whatsoever and the coach, Sadhu, made it very easy to learn. He took time to explain the moves to my roommate and I while still effectively teaching the class. The environment was overall very fun and welcoming. Definitely hope to be back!

From Professor Junior Fernandes, the other Professors, Coaches to the rest of the staff. Good vibes the entire time. We highly recommend this Academy if you’re looking for an academy permanently or just to drop in. Thank you Athlas Training Team for the hospitality and training.

I found this little gem of a studio in Fort Lauderdale and I am happy I did! The staff is friendly and kind. The instructors care about the students in their classes. I am especially a fan of the PIT classes. I leave there with a huge sweat feeling accomplished. I met Lori, the owner, who is always looking for ways to make YF a place people can’t wait to go! Highly recommend!

I love this place but I’m giving them four stars because they seem to have a constant rotation of teachers and I can’t find any that compare to Molly who is no longer there on my favorite Monday night 8pm class. I would say Amy and Judy were my other go-to’s when Molly isn’t there, but unfortunately it seems like I have difficulty catching their classes as well due to my schedule. Amy and Judy are great instructors and have an amazing flow but Molly has everything I look for in an instructor. She’s kind, energetic, motivational, and really helps you through the poses doing only what your body will allow you to do. Her music choice is my absolute favorite. I enjoy the big warehouse space and I love the infrared lights, however, I don’t think I’d be coming here anymore without Molly!!

I went to this studio less than a hand full of times because one of my favorite instructors taught there and was leading my teacher training. I have been to many studios in the Fort Lauderdale area as either a transient CLASSPASSER (as the owner of this account has so endearingly named some of the students leaving reviews) or as a full member of a studio. One of the last times I stepped foot in this studio, I had the pleasure of being invited to audition by that instructor. While sharing my love of yoga with others and leading a flow is something I enjoy, my life was not hinging on instructing in a studio. Midway through my audition, the owner of the studio cut me off, completely throwing me off then proceeded to tell me in the lobby that I was so boring she could slit her wrists. I never thought it was possible for someone to speak to a stranger that way in a yoga studio but here we are. After losing my dad traumatically and going through a rigorous teacher training, I knew what kind of energy yoga is supposed to embody, and that was not it. Running a business is tough and no small yoga business in South Florida is perfect, but kindness and compassion are always free. I read some of the responses by the owner of this google account, and it is very clear how this studio feels about classpassers who are either utilizing classpass as they are not local and would still like to enjoy the benefits of yoga away from home, or they simply cannot afford the exclusive and costly membership. The responses also validate for me that this studio is not lead by the type of loving energy that is needed to create community and permanence desired by yogis when joining a studio, nor are they open to feedback to improve or even offer what many other studios do. Hope this helps! EDIT: to the owner's response. I can't even remember how many times I went to this studio, perhaps it was only once for class but many other times for various reasons (final TT class with Molly was hosted in the loft upstairs, then for the audition). To be more precise, I did Molly's teacher training which wasn't being offered by Yoga Factory at the time. I will never return foot here because of how I was treated and how it seems the owner of the studio treats many others. To gaslight me and say my experience wasn't real is just another example of how awful the owner is. If you don't believe that I am truthful, look at how they have responded to my review and every other negative review on Google.
