Very nice, there is a basketball league as well as a soccer league. You can send your child the Y during summer and they can go to the pool. Fun places and even get free lunch & snacks.

Everybody is just so nice and respectful. I felt very comfortable leaving my baby there. Although I was nervous at first, they would reassure me. They allowed me to call as many times as I wanted to make me full comfortable. They always had an open door policy. Ms. Betty is the best!!!!!!

This is one of the worst facility for they don't even monitor if the kids have eaten their lunch or not. My kid was starving for 8 hours.... even though I had provided all the lunch since she was vegetarian. I am not expecting them to spoon feed a 6 year old, but at the least show some compassion and care. When I asked my 6 years old, she mentioned no one asked her to eat her lunch.. when she came back she survived the whole day with peaches and chips as snacks. Based on own experience I would not recommend this YMCA at Corona-Norco if one is looking/seeking a caring environment.

Came for the Escape festival weekend and gave Chuze a try. Gym is pretty clean and staff were pretty nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re local.

I love this place! As a busy homeschool mom of four it’s super hard for me to find time to workout! The kids club has been a huge help and allows me the flexibility to workout while my kids have fun! Additionally the steam room and saunas are a huge bonus, I love using their infrared room and relaxing in their hydro massage or zero gravity chairs is the cherry on top of a perfect workout! Their staff is very friendly and their classes are great! This is by far the best gym I’ve ever been to and I love going!

This gym is hands down the best gym I’ve ever belonged to. I loved being greeted every time i walk in the front door and being told to have a great day every time i leave. The staff is always welcoming and polite. The gym itself is always clean and stocked. I highly recommend this gym.

I enjoy having access to this gym because the staff are friendly, the facility is clean and they have a wide variety of workout equipment and classes/services. Personally, I enjoy the media room with the treadmills, the swimming pool, and the circuit training area. (Oh, and the blended drinks at the counter are the BEST!)

I love going to the gym and working out with my friends. The machines here are always working and clean. They provide several classes if you’re not into doing your own workout solo. I guess the only thing that bothered me about this gym was the shared sauna and steam room. I used to go to 24 hour fitness and there you got your own sauna in the women’s bathroom.

Do not choose this gym! I have tried to cancel my member and I’ve already contacted them 4 times and they still haven’t canceled it. I’ve tried to cancel it numerous times because I no longer work and they charged me and I am now in debt because they wouldn’t cancel my membership for three months+ It’s all a scam you can find a better gym for a better deal somewhere else.

SCAM ALERT: Check your transaction amounts for any hidden fees and transactions by Crunch fitness. I have had a terrible experience at this location and with the management at this location. To begin, when I was signing up, i was told I would be paying $1 for the first month and $15 month for the second month. When I asked about any hidden fees or additional charges, I was assured I would only be paying $1 when signing up and $15 in the coming month. The first problem came about when i requested to freeze my account on September 21, 2024. I spent 30 minutes talking to the employee about the freezing process and was assured I can free and unfreeze my account as many times possible. However, when I returned on September 27, 2024 and asked to unfreeze my account, I was informed my account had never been frozen, which confused me. Afterwards, I requested to freeze my account on September 29, 2024 and spent another half hour running through the freezing process due to their previous error. Specifically, I was assured I would not be paying the monthly payment on October 1, 2024 due to the freezing. I was further assured being shown this information on their computer, displaying the amount of “$0.00” for the date October 1, 2024. However, I was charged $16.99 on October 1, 2024 by Crunch. I called about this situation on October 7, 2024 and explained the previous circumstances and the charges on my account. In response, I was explicitly told “I don’t know what to tell you” about the circumstances surrounding my situation. I then called once again on October 8, 2024 and explained my situation once again, frustrated over the false statements given by the Crunch employees. However, management responded by ridiculing me for complaining about $2.00, ignoring the various complaints I had about employees false statements about my account and transactions. Another sneaky thing they do is that after two months of paying for your membership, they automatically charge you $50.00 for the rest of the year. There is no notice nor any update to your account about this hidden fee/transaction until after they have successfully swiped your money from your account, so be on alert about this.

I have been trying to cancel my membership for 7 days now this is ridiculous… The progress the staff made in assisting me was little to none. I was reassured that I can cancel after a month before I signed up. This was important to me because I was moving in a months time. Now that they finally got back to me I was told I have to pay for another month and then they will cancel it because my first month pay was the “start up fee” and my second month would be the official first month. They make up their own rules and no one in the staff ever says the same things about the policy’s. Absolutely ridiculous…

Unlike a lot of other really big gyms, this gym is absolutely Excellent! I have been going to the gym for 8 long years and this spot is peak in all areas. Many gyms may look good, but actually going and using the gym, they dont have proper equipment or they lack equipment that you might need. Crunch on the other hand, has pretty much everything. Adjustable weights, a variety of options for free weights, lots of free space (which is rare, most gyms are very cramped for space), powerlifting racks, punching bags, bikes, machines, and bars for calistentics. A lot of people would say that they wouldnt need all of it, but the Great side of it is, when you change your fitness goals, you HAVE these things at your disposal. Id hop from gym to gym because they didnt have the things i wanted. And weights, this gym has so much free weights! I cant tell you how many times i go to a gym and i would have to wait (pun intended) like 20 minutes for a spot to open up. It was so frustrating that i would just quit other gyms. Its never an issue here. There are so many bars, weighted free balls, and dumbells and kettlebells that i can train anything on any given day! The gym is very clean too! Lots of big gyms tend to be dirty and disgusting, this isnt one of them since i tend to be picky on cleanliness. The staff are great and friendly, everyday i come and there isnt a day where i see the members talking, laughing and having a good time with the staff. Its so refreshing then the seriousness of other gyms i used to go to. The classes they host are lively too. If you like group training, everyones pretty involved and having fun. Its suits all types, whether your a beginner in the gym or advanced, and for a good price too! Especially for someone like me when your concerned about budgeting. If your looking and thinking about joining a gym, i wouldnt choose a better gym!

My experience has to do with advertising and customer service. My advice is just don’t do it! We had zero advertising but they can’t refund the monies paid for advertising. They were suppose to be doing tik tok advertising by tagging and that was to be done within the first week and I have the texts from the manager stating she was sorry but people didn’t show up people quit she would get to ASAP! I called made arrangements multiple unreturned calls and texts. After another arrangement her person flaked again. I went into the gym and my ad that was placed days prior was still not on the board. I had to cancel a tik tok appt but as of today and multiple calls and text we are still not on the board for advertising but they had no problem charging our card for advertising we still were not getting. Even after I talked to them and told them why I am paying for nothing. I was assured that our account would not be charged and was on hold… lol of course it was not. I do have phone records and texts. However it doesn’t matter because this all just goes back to the poor management that did nothing to begin with. Also Andrew from Crunch told me that my ad would be district wide so it would be in a Jurupa and Moreno Valley. Went in to Jurupa Crunch today and guess what… yep no advertising and now it has been weeks and weeks! I will never do any kind of business with them in the future because I am not one who likes to throw money away on empty promises that were never followed through on. .
