Joining this gym has been a game-changer for me, and Trae’s expertise and dedication have dramatically transformed my fitness journey. As a believer in Jesus, I previously devoted my life to the Christian ethic. I tried to be a good steward and make sound financial choices so that I would be able to help the widow and the orphan, bring justice to the oppressed, clothe the naked, feed the hungry, etc. After visiting Life Time, however, I am switching my life ethos to hedonism. I want to accumulate as much wealth as I can as fast as I can so that I can afford a membership here. I’ve been a habitual exercises for 20 years, but I have never seen a gym like this before. It was a wonderful experience. Well worth the 40 dollar day pass fee.

My experience with Patrick as a personal trainer was outstanding. We met initially to discuss my needs, then he tailored a program to help me build strength and flexibility post-surgery. He is very knowledgeable and fun to work with. I would highly recommend signing up for some training with Patrick!

I’ve been a member at Lifetime for several years and just started with a personal trainer there. I love Lifetime, and my personal trainer, Ariel, has been amazing. I went into the experience completely nervous, but she is really working with me and planning everything for me, specifically. I could not be happier. If you have the opportunity to work with Ariel, I highly suggest it. You will not be disappointed.

Arielle is such an amazing Trainer who really listens to your concerns and targets the areas you need to improve on! She’s so realistic in her expectations which makes me want to work even harder! I’m so glad I have her to keep me encouraged! Also, the child care center is phenomenal! The entire staff really works well with the kids 💗

Not a fan of this location. I cancelled my membership in 6/24 and I’m still being charged. I called to get this situation handled and I was told although I cancelled in June, got charged for June and now was charged for July that I cannot receive a refund. I expected to get charged in June but 6 weeks after I cancelled is ridiculous. So if you’re looking for a good clean gym, this is not the gym for you. The woman’s locker room smells like sewage, and even if you sign a paper saying you’ve cancelled services rest assured that you will be charged again. Save yourself some time and money and go somewhere else.

Went with my nephew, mostly to just hang out with him lol. But it was a really nice gym and work out facility. Everything was really clean and the people were exceptionally friendly I would definitely recommend victory fitness Center to everyone, great customer service, and very nice atmosphere.

Steer clear. Broken equipment, dirty facility and rude, unprofessional staff. Canceled two memberships and will be taking our money to Planet Fitness.

Updated: Great Gym! Service desk: negative! Everyone wants to feel safe and welcome when they work out so i am very very happy my membership was cancelled after this review! I scheduled an appointment for a private training session for this Sat not last week Saturday with the male manager. Attached is my flight details out of state. Every statement out of his mouth after saying I'll reschedule later is. I'm sorry you got it wrong! I'm sorry you want to change your private coach because you got it wrong. Good bye since you got it wrong. The lack of empathy was disgusting. Why he couldnt just say " its all good, lets reschedule. He continued to end every statement with 'You got it wrong'. So anger provoking. He had to keep stating that. When I called him to cancel. He said he was going to cancel my membership and my parents membership even though theirs is paid by their insurance and mine with my own money and they had absolutely NOTHING to do with this. (Here is how you know when someone is planning to hurt you) I said this has nothing to do with my parents but he said since both of us come here.He will be canceling both. Yes. He probably has the right to cancel my parents membership but you can see how deep he is trying to win over a dumb issue as who was write or wrong on a schedule. He literally told me if I don't stop arguing because we clearly disagreed, he would cancel both my parents and mine. Don't spend your hard end money where the management are disgusting. Update: my membership has been canceled. Let's see if my parents membership even though they were not involved. Update2: Today the Billy asked my father to stop using their gym. If a business owner is this vengeful & wants to extend his evil to your family not related to the issue, DO NOT spend your money here. I will follow up on this review. There are hundreds of gyms in the Columbus area. We have the means. They will not be missed!

I have been a member at this Gym for quite some time. There is nothing negative I can say. It’s always very clean, tons of equipment, Sauna, Pool, even a ladies area for privacy. Billy ( Manager) is amazing as well. Everyday as soon as you walk in you are greeted with a smile and small talk. If I ever have any concern about anything I would feel completely comfortable addressing those concerns with him. I look forward to continuing my fitness journey and goals at Victory for years to come. Thank you for treating me like family.

I've been a trainer at Power in Motion going on 3 years now. Gym is super dope. Has all the equipment you need. Staff is nice and very personable. All the members and clients are very respectful to each other and also the space within the gym. It is 24/7 now which is really cool. Highly recommend this gym!!

Hands down the best 24Hr gym in Columbus. The staff and trainers are all amazing. Overall awesome clean facility with all the equipment you need.

This gym is great! The environment is welcoming. I love the slight variations on the weight machines that I haven't seen at other gyms - which makes weight lifting easier and seems to provide better results. My PT, Alex, is extremely knowledgeable and focuses on results for individual needs and goals. Alex and his staff have also helped me recover from sports injuries I've had outside the gym. It's been a great experience and I really look forward to my workouts!

Compact and clean gym with everything you need to strength train. Staff is friendly and clients are respectful. Love the 24 hour access as well. There are great trainers here like Marquell, with whom I have worked out for five years and I’m happy with my progress.

I've been working out at Power in Motion for the last six months and have been very pleased with the results. Their facilities/equipment are amazing and the staff is outstanding and so accommodating. Casey is my trainer and his tag line of never the same workout is really true. I'm always impressed with his creativity which keeps each workout fresh. I highly recommend this gym. It has everything you could ever want in a workout facility.

Heather is the assistant manager at the Reynoldsburg location. She is always going above and beyond to make the gym welcoming. She keeps the woman’s room clean along with the equipment. I love how she is so involved with the members, and keeps a smile even through the long hours she is working almost everyday of the week!

This is my opinion. The staff are professional and have a sense of customer service. They do their best to manage the facility and provide assistance to the customers when needed. Cleanliness in the bathroom needs serious help and in need of additional equipment. That is the reason for the 4 stars. The classes they offer are phenomenal and have good leaders. Another issue I have are some of the people that go there to workout. They like to sit on their cell phones and talk a lot. I like intensity and high energy. I think the staff should warn people that are doing this. This is only my opinion and I would recommend Crunch for anyone looking for a gym and the cost is reasonable.

I've been at crunch for 15+ years and never really had any issues. Most of the staff is really nice. They recently closed Kid's Crunch with hardly any notice. But before that happened, on several random days, it would be closed without any notice. I went to downgrade my membership because they no longer offer a service that I'm paying for. They charged me $10 to downgrade. I joined the gym bc of the benefits it used to provide, now I'm paying because THEY can't provide them....it's ridiculous. While I'm downgrading, I'm also learning that neither of the massage chairs are working...yall need to do better.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The staff and management is really nice and friendly this has nothing to do with them. I’ve been to several crunches outside of this one recently and why does every other crunch have better and updated equipment compared to this one? The whole “gym renovation” felt like a slap in the face. The gym made it seem like it was getting a desperately needed makeover. What are we paying dues for and the yearly fee for? I used to really enjoy this gym. You moved machines around that was about it. Other Crunch’s I’ve been to have saunas, multiple class studios, and more/better equipment. I would be willing to pay more $$ a month if this gym got an ACTUAL renovation.

From day one they have been super pleasant. The staff is always making sure it is clean and sanatized. What I also appreciate is that after people get done with the equipment they wipe it down.
