Loved it! Our grandkids ranged from 5 to 14 and never stopped! The guides were excellent, on top of every move as well as offering positive reinforcement. They remembered their names too! The entire staff was so helpful. Great afternoon!

Took my 14yr old daughter and 5 year old son to climb. This was his first climb so I was a little nervous. He absolutely loved it. He loved that he had to challenge himself each climb but overall it was his instructor Bonale that made it so easy. Bonale was absolutely amazing at keeping him calm and focused. He really connected with him and that doesn’t happen often. He can’t wait to return!

Came here for a kids birthday party and the staff are beyond great with children! Very supporting and positive attitudes. The themed walls are the perfect for kids.

Nice rock climbing facility in Chatham NJ. The course has several selections from beginners to advanced. Staff is very friendly and they make you feel welcome. We booked for a birthday party and it was a blast. Kids and parents enjoyed it. Thanks Max and Jessie.

Jeff Scios is the best yoga teacher! 🥰 I appreciate his modern take on yoga philosophy (even if I don't resonate 100% with everything he says... that's okay!) His classes are always a trip! I love this studio! I moved to NJ from Brooklyn just over a year ago & was worried I wouldn't find a great new yoga place that was on par with what I'd been used to, but I was so happy when I came across Powerflow Yoga Chatham! The owner is super sweet and I love the teachers, especially Erica Arce. I always feel like a million bucks whenever I leave her class. If you like heated yoga (that's not Bikram), try this place out! They offer vigorous flow classes and yin classes for when you need to chill out.

One of the best yoga studios in the area. If you are into hot yoga, this is the place to do. Teachers are top notch. The studio itself is beautiful.

I really like the power flow yoga studio in Chatham . Friendly staff , showers clean studio, and plenty of place to park. You must try the 26/2 hot yoga class with Sasha, it is tremendous.

Parking is free and convenient nearby this Powerflow location. They offer a variety of warm and hot yoga classes, for different ability levels and those who may want to mix in yin classes. The teachers are amazing!
