I have coming to Bar for more than 3 years, it has been amazing and uplifting experience. All instructors are energetic, wonderful and caring!! My physical and mental are getting stronger due to the 500+ classes I took. Congrats to lovely Catherine Gilbert to become the new owner, I am sure the Bar will continue to be a great workout place!!!

The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and encouraging. Each class is thoughtfully structured to provide a full-body workout, focusing on strength, flexibility, and posture. The studio itself is spotless and has a welcoming, boutique feel. I love how personalized the experience is—if you need modifications, the instructors are quick to provide options while still challenging you. I also appreciate the sense of community here; everyone is friendly and supportive. As someone in my 60s, I was looking for a workout that was effective yet gentle on my joints, and The Bar Method has been perfect. My balance and core strength have noticeably improved, and I always leave class feeling stronger and more energized. Highly recommend to anyone, regardless of age or fitness level!

This studio is welcoming and all the instructors are super nice. They have a nice verity of classes to choose from, if your a beginner or an advanced ballierina, you'll definitely find your challenge. They're very understanding and professional when it comes to modifying your membership. They have exceptional customer care and will work with you on any of your concerns, just ask Melissa or Gina (the owners). If you're looking for a barre studio that will challenge your body and tone your muscles but wont strain/tear your joints, Bar Method is your studio! I absolutely love their Bar Strength Express class - be ready to feel the burn!
