Broken limbs? They don't care, you're required to pay. I am a 36-year old woman, who has been consistently boxing since 2021. When I moved to Atlanta in 2024, I searched for a boxing gym that aligned with my fitness goals and relationships between boxers and coaches. I thought I found that with Bangkok. The staff signed me up for a year membership. I had no problems dedicating to a year since I was familiar with the sport. I unexpectedly broke my leg in October 2024. The break completely severed the ankle from the leg. I was in pins for a month, then required surgery to apply six anchors on each side of my legs, and several casts, followed by a boot with a cane, and now a boot. I am not allowed to walk long distances, drive or do sports. I emailed Bangkok's management to cancel my membership. I provided all X-Rays, my Orthopedic Surgeon's letterhead stating I was not allowed to do sports, and called the facility itself. They are pressing me to financially fulfill the year-membership, asking that in order to cancel I have to pay over $800. They're taking advantage of members who have experienced life-changing injuries. I feel bamboozled, and my desire to provide cancellation documentation to provide proof of my injury is not good enough to cancel my membership. Please change your policy, and please cancel my membership! Bangkok has lost me as a fellow boxing enthusiast, and I abhor that this is how Bangkok's management is treating their members.

Definitely one of the best martial arts and workout facilities/community. Started here just seeking for something to stay active and I’ve been here over a year. Muay Thai is the martial art that I probably knew the least amount of information about but have come to enjoy the most because of the team here. The owner is hands on, the team of instructors is friendly and the facility is clean and welcoming. Would definitely recommend 10/10 times.

Just crossed 90 days of being a member here. If you’re looking for a place to learn Muay Thai this is the place. My confidence has grown substantially since beginning here. Great trainers who patient, skilled, and does very well teaching. I’ve lost over 20 lbs since I started. I highly recommend stopping by and trying this place out

I have been going since Feb 2024. Made working out fun again after weight training years prior. The people there really want you to succeed in learning techniques. Cancel all your plans because you will be addicted for the first 6 months!

I’m extremely disappointed with this experience. When I signed up, I was told I had a 6-month contract. Now I find out I’m being charged for 12 months at $179 per month. When I questioned this, I was told I agreed to a 12-month contract, but after reviewing the terms, it turns out there were only 12- and 24-month options all along. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. Customers deserve clear, honest communication upfront—not surprises down the line. Do better.

I just love the Pvolve Atlanta community! Every person I have met is super friendly and helpful. We had a great Members Only class this morning with Katie, after which we were treated to complementary beverages and swag bags with personal handwritten notes... thanks for spoiling us, Amber! I haven't exercised regularly (if at all) in at least ten years and I have been working this program consistently since I started. I love that it is low impact, high resistance, and you can see changes within the first month. I am thrilled with my results in only six weeks, and my energy level and motivation are at an all-time high! I love how I feel… I even took two classes this weekend and upgraded my membership!

Theee absolute best fitness class I’ve taken. The instructors are knowledgeable. Beth is awesome she helps and guides you along the way which is so helpful for especially since I’m nervous 😬 I’m not doing the moves correctly and she really supports the class! Overall clean studio and easy to access location.

I've been doing Pvolve for years virtually and excited to have a studio in West Atlanta. All of the trainers are great at the studio. I love that the workouts are low impact and high intensity. With these work-outs, i get to work all muscles while increasing flexibility and improving stability.

Fantastic trainers and excellent workout! Have worked out muscles (in a safe and fun environment) that I’ve never worked out before despite years of working out via various methods. Feel like I’m in my best shape after just a couple of months; and saw results very quickly. Absolutely recommend!

I love Pvolve! ALL of the instructors are absolutely amazing. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The members are also friendly. It is such a welcoming environment. The classes are a burner but you feel so good after each class and crave more. I highly recommend Pvolve! If you are thinking about trying it.. just do it!

A caution for anyone reserving a pavilion. Though the listings like the one pictured below may claim that a pavilion has electricity, it is not guaranteed. I reserved a pavilion and found out upon arrival that the electricity didn’t work and there is nobility that maintains it to address the issue. I will note that electricity not being guaranteed is written in the contract when you pay, but I trusted the initial listing. I think they should remove electricity as included all together.

They usually do NOT answer the phone. So renting space is impossible!! UNLESS you go by there and catch someone then!

Pools closed, and the ladies at the desk have no customer service and an extremely cold towards people to be working in customer service. Maybe switching them to outside would be better for them so they don’t have to interact with people and can stay on their phones. However the park is larger, well kept and very beautiful. If the pool was open and better customer service, it would be a 10 stars
