Absolutely love the PAC! I took the plunge after feeling intimidated for quite a while. Every member of the gym is friendly. The coaches are awesome! Coming from the YMCA (a great starter gym), the PAC was a GODSENT. This gym is amazing if you want to get serious. Great people here, both gym-goers and the staff. Matt the owner is an awesome guy and always willing to say hello. The PAC has the best machines as well as all the free weights you can use, so you can get a great workout no matter what. The PAC is been a great gym and facility. However, what differs from this place and other great gyms is the family atmosphere and camaraderie. About a month ago I lost my mother to cancer. In the days that followed, the owner, Matt personally called me to give his condolences. An employee, Linda, purchased a card and had members who knew me sign it. A group of ladies who worked there who also happened to work at the ER my mother was rushed to also gave me a card as well. This gym is unique and special and I am proud to say I am a member.

I’ve been working with Martin in personal training for a few weeks now. I came in after not working out for months, and Martin did such a great job at making me feel comfortable while also pushing me to reach my goals. Everyone who works at the gym is personable and kind. If you’re working out and need help, someone is always there to help you out! Such a great environment.

Best gym in delco! From the kind and encouraging staff to the numerous options to get a pump. The pac is always clean and the members are such a tight knit community. Coming from a commercial gym a year ago I can never go back after the experience of the PAC. If you want to really train come here!
