I had the BEST experience at Real Hot Yoga! I took a Pilates class with Gabbi, and it was amazing. She’s such a great instructor—super knowledgeable and motivating. The class really challenged my core, and the heat added an extra layer of intensity (hello, sweat!). But the cold towel at the end? Absolute heaven! The studio itself is beautiful—clean, spacious, and welcoming. The entire staff is friendly and helpful, and I was impressed with how reasonably priced their cute apparel is. Forgot your mat? No problem—you can grab one there! With memberships this affordable, I’m definitely coming back. Can’t recommend this place enough!

I absolutely love this gym! It may be small, but it’s packed with top-notch equipment, perfect for any workout routine, and their boxing and kickboxing classes are absolutely great! They get you the workout you need, in a fun and uplifting environment. The staff here is incredible— a special thank you to Brian, Elliot and Josh. They are always friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals. Their positive energy makes my day. I am grateful for Brian. As a trainer he is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, personable and caring. He takes the time to get to know you, and works with you in the most patient, encouraging and dedicated way to help you achieve your goals. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a gym with a personal touch. You would love it!

Brian was quick to respond when I signed up for the guest pass and made time that day to show me around. The gym was clean and just the right amount of busy. Brian was down-to-earth and very friendly, not trying to oversell me on anything. I'm excited for the unlimited classes that come with the membership!

Spoke with Brian, and the sign up was so easy. The staff and members are friendly as well! The gym is comfortable, and it’s the perfect size for people trying to avoid a “hustle-and-bustle”-type gym. As of 10/07/2024, I strongly stand by this gym. The environment is welcoming and relaxed, and the classes are so engaging and fun. I have been to a few of the boxing classes with Josh, and they have been nothing short of welcoming, energizing, and motivating. You truly leave wanting more and wanting to show up better than before. Definitely check out one of his classes!

I have been coming to ATL Fitness for years now and I love it! The community is awesome and the staff is extremely helpful. The gym is small enough to get that homey feel while still having all the essential machines and free weights. Plus it's 24/7!

I came to this gym about a year and half ago. I had some health issues and was able to come back in January. I became unmotivated and stopped going. I finally reached back out and met with Brian for my training session. Brian asked me question after question to figure out what I was willing to commit to. I didn't process what he was doing until way later. He made it so easy for me based on what I said. As I progressed I wanted to do more and more. I increased my strength training days and well as the amount of miles I was walking/moving. Now, I am 3 months in and feeling amazing. Brian also had me take pictures, and take measurements. I am so thankful for him and everything he has taught me and done for me. I would recommend Brian and this gym to absolutely everyone. He has changed my life forever.
