Always clean, friendly and knowledgeable staff and trainers willing to help you. Reformer Pilates and heated yoga has been a game changer! Less expensive than Equinox with no contract and better amenities! This is exactly what CT needed!

I recently joined Lifetime Fitness! The staff is the nicest, friendliest, and very helpful! Compliments to Champagne, Emily, Michelle etc. Danielle, my trainer is the best! She evaluated my skills, was understanding, and has the best personality! I look forward to getting into shape soon! They have the most advanced equipment and was spotless! Teddy

Dynamic stretching with Max at Lifetime has been a game changer! After over 20 years of running, these past five weeks of sessions have improved my stride, helped me run inclines more comfortably, and increased my potential to push the pace. Max’s thoughtful instruction, constant feedback, and care have made a huge difference in my running outcomes. Stretching really is the secret weapon for better running!

This place is okay. It has a good selection of equipment and is usually clean. Staff are friendly. It’s open for extended hours. The place gets pretty crowded between 5pm and 8pm on weekdays. Some classes play extremely loud music which is very annoying. I was also unhappy with the marketing. The sales people kept telling everyone that the membership price was going up for the past year, but it is still the same as when it first opened. Personal training here is also a lot more expensive than Equinox. Honestly if the gym were 0.1 miles farther, I wouldn’t have switched from Equinox. Equinox is older but feels more upscale and is less crowded than Lifetime in the evenings.

Amazing for an apartment gym, other locations like the Westchester one is better. Sauna temperature is laughable I'm shivering in there, it needs to be 5-10 degrees hotter and this opinion comes from many other members as well. the steam room gets hotter so I just use that. The sauna is hotter at edge or la fitness why are these mid tier gyms saunas better?
