Been like this for a year. Stairs are always packed. Me and my wife pay $100 a month for separate memberships but same crappy service. I’ll remove this review once the machine is fixed.

By far the best gym with plenty of parking and very clean. It can get pretty packed if you go without planning but the app provides the business of the gym so if it fits your schedule you can go earlier or later in the day. They have a nice sized basketball court and swimming pool. The Suana and steam room are always my favorite part after a workout. I have never seen them to be out of order or closed. The classes can also get pretty packed, a lot of people go to this gym (needless to say)! My overall experience here has been great and top choice from all gyms I have been to so far!

For the most part, it’s a nice gym and atmosphere with amenities and employees to like. However with how stingy they can be with money (sometimes) you think they would build the place properly so that the ceiling does not leak every other day. But my biggest thing was when someone stole my shoes from that basketball court, that were a gift from my girlfriend and I had expensive orthotics in them as well. And the final response I ended up getting from one of the female managers was that it would take them hours to go through the camera footage so I’m sol. I tried emphasizing the importance and value of those shoes to them, but it was too much of a bother in the end to do their job and help a paying customer.

All of my friends recently made the switch to attend this gym so that’s what made me originally want to get a membership here. I went online and signed up for the $30 a month membership (plus enrollment fee). Upon arriving I sign in with the scanner like any normal gym. I walk around for a bit, find my friend, and eventually set my stuff down on the bench press. I’m warming up and not even 5 minutes into my workout an employee came up to me and asked me to come to the front desk. Now, I had read that new members get a photo taken so I assumed that’s what he wanted, wrong. He asked me how old I was and I replied “17”. Apparently they have a rule where you can’t work out if you are under 18 but you can still buy a membership for “maturity and safety reasons”. Here’s my first issue, the tone which the employees spoke to me in, after I had asked them if there was any way around the rule (such an outlandish idea I know). The employees became short with me and seemed mad that I was asking questions. They asked me to leave, and I was respectful and left. I leave, and as I’m in the parking lot, my second issue arises. I find my car being blocked in by the “mature” and “safe” 18 year olds who are doing burnouts and revving their cars. The same gym that won’t let a respectful 17 year old in allows that kind of behavior to happen on their property(insanely hypocritical). These are genuine critiques, I hope someone listens. Aside from that, the 5 minutes I was in the gym were pretty enjoyable. They also have a good selection of machines. This rating is purely based off my experience not the gym. Thanks.

This review is based on principle. I brought my fiancé here SPECIFICALLY to use the sauna and steam room because not many gyms have them, but they were both broken in the women’s locker room. My fiancé goes to a perfectly fine gym but chose to come with me today for the sauna. Crunch charges $20 per guest pass. I think if you can use ALL the amenities it is worth the $20. I didn’t think it was fair that she couldn’t use either so I asked the manager if he could do us a courtesy and waive the $20 guest pass the following visit for the inconvenience. The manager of the place said and I quote, “there is nothing I can do for you, you should call in advance next time.” I’m sorry…. Why is it my job to call in advance to make sure the equipment that I pay for is running smoothly? I left the Crunch speechless. Very disappointed with how this simple situation was handled by management.
