One problem that this gym has, which is very nice and good, is that the recovery rooms have machines that do not work. I pay for the black membership, and I feel that it is a useless expense, an expense that I cannot get back. And it is incredible that, despite these inconveniences, they want to charge us for the towels, which they never charged me for in the beginning.

I want to provide my honest review. I’ve been coming here since the day it opened, and I have to admit there are both good and bad aspects to this gym. The staff is very nice and helpful. While I’ve never trained personally with the coaches, I’ve attended a few of the classes they offer, and they’re great. The sauna and recovery room can be nice at times, the gym itself is aesthetically pleasing, and there are plenty of squat racks, which I love. Now for the bad: Sometimes the machines or recovery room equipment are broken for days, and no one comes to fix them. Maintenance has improved recently, but it’s still an ongoing issue. The gym gets super crowded, making it difficult to find a parking spot even during morning hours. It can also be hard to get to a machine because some people lack gym etiquette and spend too much time on them. There’s also a lack of variety in equipment. For example, while they have plenty of squat racks, there’s only one standard squat rack and two Smith machines. One of the Smith machines is inclined and doesn’t go all the way down, making it less useful, and the other is so popular that it’s hard to get a turn. I believe the gym could benefit from having more equipment overall, especially since other gyms I’ve been to offer multiple machines for the same exercise, so there’s rarely a wait. Another issue is that they recently banned tripods, which means people can’t record themselves anymore. I understand the concern about space, but for some members, recording their workouts is an important part of their fitness journey, whether it’s to track progress or share their experience. This feels unfair, especially since there are ways to address the issue without an outright ban, like setting guidelines for when and where tripods can be used. The locker rooms are also something I think could be improved. I wish there were private changing rooms instead of having to walk through and see people changing. It feels awkward, and there’s no sense of privacy. Lastly, the membership price recently increased. When I first signed up, they claimed my rate wouldn’t change because I got the “deal,” but my monthly fee has gone up from $24 to $30. Overall this gym is okay. I have a love-hate relationship with it. In some ways, it’s better than other gyms in the area, but it’s not as great as they advertise. I hope they can address some of these concerns to make the experience better for everyone.

I loved this gym so much but with the policy changes, it’s going downhill for me The membership started great & I don’t mind too much how busy it is but this new policy that says we can’t have tripods is doing THE MOST. I do YT dance workouts & do not record(it’s embarrassing enough to have to dance in front of everyone since we can’t rent/reserve the class rooms) I am dedicated to my health so I will endure. They should change the tripod policy to a No recording policy.I love the gym but this policy change has got me considering cancelling right before I was going to upgrade my membership Pros: -Affordable -Clean -Sauna -pool & hot tub -group classes -Movie Theatre -Staff is friendly & kind Cons: -Almost always crowded -No tripods on the floor (wether recording or not) -you’d be hard pressed to find an available machine or room in sauna -a few treadmills haven’t worked since I started 3months ago -Cannot reserve class rooms on off times -low water pressure on fountains

Terrible… The gym is very nice and they tell you that everything is very nice, but you are new and when in theory you are paying because you have automatic payments, they are not made... I come to the gym directly and ask and they say that it is something that apparently happens to everyone but you still have to pay late fees, when it is their system's fault and you still owe everything because they are not responsible. My membership is $10 and when I realize that my payment was not charged, there was a difference of 3 days and just because of that difference the total to pay is $93? It is completely crazy. The worst service and the worst attention.

Great experience so far. The number of people around depends on the time u come - like every other gym. I noticed it's not crowded in the morning or after 9pm, which works well for my schedule. Pricing is reasonable. Gym is clean and seems the machines are serviced frequently as the number of days a machine is out of service is short.
