Best Gyms with Functional Training Equipment near West-mifflin, Pennsylvania

recently changed this to my home gym even though it’s 30+ minutes out of me way and i do not regret it. the staff is friendly and greet and bid you farwell. the equipment is amazing and there is plenty of it. the gym is clean. the members are friendly, such as tonight i left my phone on a piece of equipment and another member stood next to my phone for me to come back to make sure no one took it. no one stay on a machine so everyone get a set in or they let you work in. it’s 24/7! can’t stay enough great things about it.

I'm usually welcomed by name when I walk through the doors.. which is very nice. The tanning bed could be more up-to-date.. I went to another planet fitness and their tanning bed was awesome!! So much more up-to date.. worked a lot better.. but back to the gym I go to all the time it's always clean and I very really have to wait for a machine.. nice and friendly people..

I love this gym but have been having issue with a specific person. I recently joined the gym with a friend of mine that has been at this gym since 02-//-2024. He never had issues prior too the new assistant manager Kaitlyn. We were rushed off a machine while we were resting in between sets. Constantly harassed every time this worker is scheduled. Everybody else has been nothing but nice too us but this is ruining it for myself and multiple others. I personally just joined the gym gaining motivation too better myself, but feeling very discouraged. Planet fitness’s motto is that this is a safe space and a comfortable place for everybody. This person is making me feel otherwise.

I always enjoy working out at Planet Fitness in West Mifflin. While I am a displaced LA Fitness swimmer, I can still get a decent land- based workout. I love the Hydromassage tables! Facility is always clean and the staff is friendly.

i love you planet fitness, they could never make me hate you. if planet fitness has 0 loyal members, i am dead. real note this location is great, even when they’re packed the wait for machines usually isn’t bad. the staff is also super cool. i’ve seen them helping people lift who asked for help. and rather than “lunk alarming” someone who fit the stereotype, one of the workers walked over to talk to the guy and they both seemed really respectful. the staff members also clean the equipment regularly, if it’s dirty that’s at fault of the person before you, not the gym it’s open 24h 7 days a week, and you can bring a friend every day for the price of a regular membership at other gyms. it literally does not get better than here.

Best place to workout! Awesome instructors! Clean, friendly and welcoming atmosphere ! So many extras to use such as tanning bed, red light therapy and a massaging bed . Pam does an excellent and professional job of running this gym. I am so happy and pleased being a member at this gym.

I joined Fitness 19 several years ago! This was the best decision I made!! I have never been to a gym that has such talented instructors who actually know about fitness. The many classes I take teach me all about bettering myself and making me feel confident and that is because of the instructors! They all care about their members and want us to become healthier. With all the new features coming to this gym, I’m even more excited about going! And to top it all off, the staff is extremely and friendly!! What a welcoming gym!!

Just love my gym so clean and well taken care staff is friendly and always there to help out in anyway. The other clients are also very friendly everyone there is just doing their thing but all so just nice. LOVE MY GYM. Would ho anywhere else Come join us.

I would not even be exercising if it wasn’t for this gym and the instructors and manager! They are so welcoming to everyone. This is not what I thought a gym would be like. If you are thinking of exercising, this is the place to do it. There are many things included with membership like red light therapy! The class instructors are top notch, especially Charla . This is a gym for all ages and fitness levels..Try it! You’ll like it!!

Best gym ever ! Very clean , friendly place to enjoy your workout!! Awesome management! Great equipment! I want to personally thank the owner and manager Pam for having a kids room available ! If it wasn’t for that i wouldn’t have ever gotten into fitness like I have ! It’s changed my life completely!
