Our kids grew up participating in the Y programs here in Jennersville. Sports, Y Camp, and other activities. Our daughter played basketball and our son was a lifeguard in high school. Now our daughter's kids use the Y programs and I work out regularly. At the Jennersville YMCA, there is something for everyone!

I love my gym. I recommend that they implement a steam room, clean the sauna more often, and clean the outdoor pool during the summer more often. I would also make sure the volume in the weight room of the music is at a good level. Most of the time it feels like we are at a library. Thank you for this blessing at the YMCA.

I've long since moved away from the area, but wanted to take a moment to reflect on pivotal "the Y" was to me when I was growing up. Beginning as members when I was very little, where I learned how to swim, the Y was always there during stages of life. My family would spend most summer weekends hanging at the outdoor pool. I'm sure it gave my mom a nice break, and my dad loved creating "big splash" contests in the diving pool. I'd bring friends, and we'd play and swim the whole day. I began going to the gym at the Y, and had a trainer (Gingie!) who taught me a LOT about body acceptance (way before that was a thing) and who sparked a love of being active. I'm 36 now, and living in the UK. I hope we can find our own version of the Y over here, to have that same sense of community and create lifelong memories.

Great programming and excellent staff for the Bumblebee (Special Needs) program. It is almost impossible to find good care for special needs kids during the summer, but I was so happy with Jennersville's offerings and I was blown away by the Counselors and Staff. My daughter has autism, epilepsy and ADHD - she can be a challenging child at times. And I know this is a tough population of kids to provide services for but Jennersville far exceeded my expectations. I hope they keep the Bumblebee program in the future - special needs kids deserve to have an amazing, fun and friendship-filled summer experience and Jennersville provided that for them. Thank you Jennersville!

In the past I attended aquafit but then hurt my knee and eventually had surgery. I hope to swim in the near future. I have been enjoying the monthly book club when I am able. The books chosen have been good and the conversation at book club is really interesting.
