Best Gyms with Functional Training Equipment near Villanova, Pennsylvania

While it may seem like a small space at first, there’s a huge selection of equipment that’s laid out in a great flow so it didn’t feel crowded. All of the members and staff were very friendly and I enjoyed a productive workout.

I've been a member for over a year. It is not the place it was when Russell was managing. Kinda dirty with equipment strewn about, dirty towels left on equipment, weight plates not put away, equipment that doesn't work, emergency exits blocked.... Now, they are shamelessly "buying" google reviews! Why don't you just open google accounts and write your own reviews?

I recently spent time in the area and visited AF Villanova several times. The gym is much cleaner than my hometown AF and the equipment is well-maintained in good working order. The owners are also avid users and frequently on-site to provide advice and address any issues. That makes a huge difference!

Quiet, clean, & a good amount of equipment and weights for the space. A nice little gym!

Great idea as a gym 24/7. The way located also feels safe at night. Love that treadmills and bikes have TV channels working!! Very important to me for long runs!
