Love F45! I had been wanting to try F45 and when I moved to an area that had one I knew I had to sign up. I’ve done other group fitness gyms/classes in the past and F45 challenges me more than any other class I have taken. The coaches here are great, motivating you through each and every workout! I give a lot of credit to F45 for feeling like I can do any workout and feeling my best overall!

The format at F45 is an efficient way to get your work out done if you do not have much time to spend at the gym like me ;-) Their work outs are backed by Science & it is not a traditional gym . I like how i go there not with the mere intention of looking good on the outside (aesthetically) but with the intent to actually get my heart pumping , tone up , get my blood circulation going & just wanting to feel healthy from the inside out knowing that i am functional , active , fast & mobile. The studio is spacious with lots of parking spots , the work outs are fun & never the same , the coaches are supportive & competent . Most of all , it feels like a community of like-minded people, from all fitness levels with the goals of simply becoming better versions of themselves. West Park Roseville is lucky to have F45 in the neighborhood. I highly recommend!

I have been looking for a place that would guide me in keeping my body strong as I age. F45 Training West Park Roseville has provided me with the exercise movements that keeps my body moving! The coaches walk around the room and provide guidance on how to improve your movement and explain what muscles are being worked! The place is clean and organized. The members are helpful, encouraging and supportive! One of my many wins as a 63 year old woman, I find myself doing more activity around my home, with more energy. One last thought the music played while working out keeps you moving!

I have worked-out at different F45's all over the world and the experience is virtually the same regardless of what country I was in. Walk in to any F45 and you will be greeted by friendly staff that like to smile and remember your name. You can expect a clean facility with state of the art equipment that is in perfect working order. If you like variety, F45 is the place to be as every day offers a uniquely different workout which keeps your body guessing. All fitness levels are welcome with no mirrors and no judgements. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great workout!

I went to this place to see if it was some thing that I wanted to try.. They were really cool and let you do a free work out and even let you do a few free workouts to try it out before you sign up. I love the way they have everything set up. Either you get to work out by yourself or in a very small group of three. All the equipment is new and in great shape. The workouts are only 15 minutes, but about three minutes in you are sweating! That deep kind of inside your body sweat that you get from the infrared. The fact that they are basically open 24/7 is amazing too. I have to look more into whether it’s gonna work for me location wise, but it Is a really cool concept.

I've only completed a couple workouts but its been fun! The owner is very kind and helpful. The workouts are fantastic. Today I did the 15 minute Blast workout! An effective workout in only 15 minutes!! The other workouts I've tried are Warrior and Yoga. Warrior was a bit more challenging and intense. While the yoga was more chill, probably good for a recovery day. Looking forward to trying all of the other class options. Update: still loving Hotworx. I like to combine one 15-mintues HIIT session followed by one of the 40 minute sessions. Example: HotThunder, followed by Hot Warrior. Or Hot Blast, followed by Hot Barre None.

Love this place! The staff is amazing and the facility is always clean and always available for use. The concept is great and I can’t get enough. I feel like I’ve accomplished a better workout here in 30 minutes than I do at your typical gym.

The gym is awesome but the cancellation process is not. They charge you a $116 fee for cancelling and need a 90 day notice. I’ve tried to call to cancel but they never answer the phone. Just another company that cares more about money than the experience of their customers.
