10/10 great staff, very friendly people. The equipment is great and each has very detailed instructions which is perfect for first time gym goers. Don’t forget to stop by their cafe and pick up their drink of week it’s a great way to try new things and see what you like🌟🌟

Equipment is not in good shape. Options are all there though. It would be nice to have hand sanitizer around the floor$$$ classes that take up the entire turf is insane. no room to do situps, or any floor work. that pilates room is a waste UPDATE 2/2024 Broken machines everywhere. I'll just attach pictures! 8/1/24 leg curl broken again 9/5/24 cable cross -cable failing see pic 9/21/24 brackets loose on flat & incline benches 11/24 they are shuffling equipment around. it would be nice to give the clients some expectations on timeline. they send us texts on stupid promotions but nothing about what we are actually paying for. bolts are still loose and lots of unsafe equipment. 1/25 car key carabiner! Every year I have to stand at the desk for 20 min so they can renew my membership. they say the computer doesn't do it. I think they get a commission

After being a member for several years and having the same problems go unaddressed by management for as many years, I figured it was about time to write a review. Note that this review only covers the equipment and areas I use. While there may be problems in other areas as well, I don’t utilize those areas so will not comment on them. Let’s start with the cardio equipment. Most of it does work, although there are several machines, particularly in the second row, that do not, which causes a lot of bouncing from one machine to the next to find one that works. What doesn’t work are a large number of TVs. It is not unusual for almost 40% of them to be non-operational, and the ones that do work are either on home shopping channels or The View. Hey, about a nice mix of CNN, Headline News, Fox News and ESPN? Even worse, 20% of the TVs were on a slideshow of local advertisements. So not only do you pay money to join Crunch, now you are forced to watch commercials when working out. Bush league move. Several of the circuit machines are usually down at the same time. For example, the leg extension machine just doesn’t seem to be ever fixed correctly, the grip on the bicep machine is defective, defective pin on the back extension, etc. There is also a fair amount of ripped or cracked vinyl surfaces which still need to be repaired. Speaking of repairs, many of the lockers in the locker room are broken, and have been for years, especially the ones at eye level as soon as you walk into the room. As for cleaning, I am not sure what the protocol is but in over three years I have only seen staff wipe down the equipment one time. Maybe they do it more often, I have just never witnessed it. Regardless, in this age of covid, this should be a priority. The interior of the gym is generally neat, but certainly not overly clean. It really could use some deep cleaning and attention to detail, especially under the machines, in corners and the bathroom, which has seen better days. The gym touts its new HIIT Zone but I’m not sure what the fuss is about, as now there is very little space to so any kind of individual floor workouts without being in the way of somebody else. And they moved the personal training desk to the middle of the stretch area, instead of at the front desk where it should be. While this isn’t the gym’s fault, you will wait on the circuit machines, primarily because of people staring at their phones which is something tolerated by the staff. What is the gym’s fault is the music blaring over the speakers. It is downright awful. Now, I realize musical taste is subjective, but it should at least be varied. When I go to the gym, almost half the people are older, yet I’ve only heard ‘classic rock’ played one time. Now, I’m sure the management will read this review and reply back with same lame, boilerplate response about emailing management. Just know that all of these concerns have been previously brought to management’s attention, so they are either indifferent to their customers’ concerns or incompetent in resolving them. So does Crunch make working out fun? Maybe, just not at the Paramus location. Update: Despite the canned reply from management, the equipment is still broken or torn, many of the TVs are still not working, the equipment still doesn't seem to be cleaned or sanitized very often and the music is still terrible.

I loved coming to this gym. i’ve been here before and the energy was different but this last time i visited it felt so much better. I definitely give props to the new manager, she makes this place feel safer and brings so much light. Clean environment and comfortable to ask employees anything you might need, recommend to anyone looking for an affordable and welcoming space to workout.

Crunch Paramus has really been stepping up lately! All the cardio equipment is brand new, and you can tell a lot of effort is going into making positive changes. The new manager has been amazing and has brought such a fresh energy to the gym - it’s made a noticeable difference. I was especially impressed today with how clean and well-organised everything was, and it just felt like such a great place to work out. I’m really excited to keep coming back, thank you!

I was recommended to this school and was really disappointed. Everything is very dated. The bathroom and lockers are atrocious. The instructors are simply unpleasant and rude to the parents and the children. Some at the front desk are very nice. 20 mins of class is spent stretching (after the class) which really is not part of the gymnastics or "conditioning" because the children have already spent an hour running around. The facility is very small and there is no place to wait for your child. Pick up is a mess with no where to park and you have to walk through a crowd of adults and children to get your child. Better spacing would go a long way between classes. My child has been here for a few months and there has been nothing that I could see the fee being worth it. On the plus side, my daughter does seem to like running around and playing with the equipment. (Child not listed under this name). I would say try another school.

So far what I’ve experienced here is — yes busy, but they do get back to you. I received immediate feedback on my daughter’s progress and spot and after the trial class she begged me to let her enroll. I can absolutely see how this place could be overwhelming - the lobby is small compared to the size of the gym - but so far my daughter is loving it and learning a lot. I can see her balance improved from just a few weeks here compared to a whole summer of near-private instruction. Thanks ENA for helping us feel welcomed.

Very dedicated instructors who want the girls to learn and grow- no matter their skill level. Small class sizes so they get one on one instructions and hands on corrections. Which is more than I can say for a lot of other gyms in the area! A great place to start your child!

We found this place in the summer and only join the. program for my daughter to just get extra practice and now we are part a at ENA team.😁 They saw my daughter’s potential and I am so grateful to this program. She has improved so much.🥰 We were at another gymnastics program for 2 years and she has improve in the last 3 months then she has in the last 2 years where she was at. I am so thankful for ENA to see her potential and work with her. We are excited for her for her first competition in Nov.

This gym is phenomenal! Upbeat, challenging, and positive are a few words I would use to describe it since I joined a month ago. The coaches are knowledgeable and supportive throughout the entire class. Highly recommend this gym!!

I’ve never been a gym girl but F45 has changed all of that for me! I love the attention they give to someone like me who wants to make sure I’m doing the exercises properly and they are so encouraging. I started with a free class (now I’m 25 classes in) and fell in love with the vibe, the staff and just the overall positive energy everyone has, hands down best place around!!!

Best part of my day! The 45 minute classes make it SO manageable to get an amazing workout in when you work full-time and have a family to take care of! Conveniently located in Paramus, the early morning and late afternoon class options leave little room for excuses! All of the coaches are absolutely wonderful, especially Felicia and Nick on the 740am slot! Don’t let nerves get in the way of a truly awesome experience. There are modifications for every move and the instructors are especially mindful to teach beginners proper form.

I tried many things fitness and F45 Paramus is by far my favorite. My husband and I go to the Paramus branch and we keep going for 2 reasons: GREAT workout in only 45 min; amazing coaches who actually care about your fitness and want you to have a great workout-- they are super fun and friendly yet professional. I love when they correct my form and give tips for a better workout. Lenny the owner is great and professional too. The schedule meets our needs as busy full time professionals with many times lots to choose from. The new app is great makes it easy to book classes. I also love the heart monitor which tells me how my workout was. Music is always great and energy-boosting. Love it. I have a great experience with them and I am not shopping for other gyms.

Six months ago, at 45, I decided I was not done with my BJJ journey and decided to return to the mats. I was never a great "athlete" or had any wrestling/grappling background but my training at F45 gave me a physical fitness and cardio base that I knew I could use as an advantage amongst my age group. 6 months later I competed in my first tournament and brought home a gold. I owe a ton of this success to F45. The convivence of a 45 minute class and science of the workouts will help anyone get stronger and fitter, and allow you to pursue any other physically demanding hobby or challenge that you would want to take on. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Best gym ever! My kids wanted to test out boxing classes. I stopped into Paramus UFC gym and felt like I was a VIP. Everyone who works there is so nice and knowledgeable. The price was fair for what perks you receive. My kids love taking classes and the trainers treat my boys like family. My kids favorite part is trying the shakes and smoothies they sell. Any issues I had Michael, one of the managers, handled it immediately. It’s one of the few gyms that offers jujitsu classes/wrestling classes for adults and youth. It’s clean/friendly/ and so much fun. I would recommend this to any kid wanting to start going to the gym or adults looking for something great!

I am currently doing the 3 day free trial. My first impressions are good. Gym looks nice, very clean and organized and was not crowded during the late morning when I went. Personally the only two down sides for me are that there are only two squat racks. I personally prefer free weight lifting over machines and it just seems like those two are always occupied. The second thing is that there is no “powerlifting” type of a wide bench for bench pressing. Both bench presses have the standard narrow benches. Having at least one wider bench as an option would be nice. But other than that, which like I said are just personal preferences, the gym has everything you need and the equipment is great.

There is no ufc gym in new jersey with a higher caliber jiujitsu program. Sean yadimarco and Gabriella Bermudez have the best program in new jersey ufc gym or not. Theres several showers so even when we have 40 people on the mat its a fairly short wait for the showers. Sauna is generously sized, locker room is huge and the punching bag area has about 15 bags. This is the perfect gym for any hobbiest or competitive martial artist.

This gym is truly the best! The atmosphere is fantastic, everything is spotless, and the trainers are outstanding. My trainer, Amra, is one of a kind—motivating, kind, and genuinely caring. She’s deeply invested in my progress and is always there to support me every step of the way. This gym has become my favorite place to be.

Where do I even begin? TNT is truly one of a kind and unlike any other gyms in our area. The atmosphere is welcoming yet motivating, making it the perfect place to push yourself and achieve your fitness foals .The owner, Mike, is exceptional. He takes his role as a trainer and owner very seriously and his professionalism is unmatched. Mike's expertise and dedication to his clients shine through in every interaction. I cannot wait to sign up my young sons to train with him soon. What truly sets this gym apart is its sense of community. Mike is deeply involved with the the town, constantly giving back and supporting local initiatives. It's awesome seeing someone committed to making a difference both inside and outside the gym. I also cannot write this review without shouting out my trainer, Amra, who runs the best women's group around. There is truly nothing like it out there. I'm exceeding my goals because of her guidance and support. She is kind, patient, and so motivating. Amra truly understands the unique challenges of being a woman and a mother, and her approach is both empathetic and empowering. Also, shout out to all the other trainers!! They truly are so special!!! Thank you TNT !!!!

Such a poorly managed place. As previous reviews said, they behave as though they're doing you a favor by allowing you to take classes here. No one answers the phone, multiple requests by text yield curt and insufficient answers. The teachers don't speak to parents about their kids'progress. So the idea is just keep paying them perpetually without any sense of progress or acknowledgement. We will not be returning.

If there was a way to rate 0 stars, I would. Unbelievably unprofessional and rude is a nice way to explain the manager. When I called to explain that my 4 year old daughter would not be in class anymore because she was feeling uncomfortable for reasons she cant completely explain( due to her age of 4), The manager told me that she is going to question my parenting skills. What kind of person says that to a costumer, let alone a manager. Before going to this facility I urge you to look at the other reviews and know that the service is below average. They never pick up the phone, the front desk is always empty, the manager will not do her job, and they will continue to charge you even when you want to pull your kid out for good reason, saying that that is their policy when I have never actually signed a contract.

We tried to register our 12 year old daughter for the competitive team. After many many phone calls never returned, we went to ENA and booked an appointment for an evaluation. She did the evaluation and she was waiting anxiously for an answer on where she would be placed since the coach didn’t have time to talk to us after the evaluation. She waited and waited and no email nor phone call for the placement. No need to say that we are done waiting and went to another gymnastic place! Awful experience!!!! Never answer their phone or emails!!!!

I have never dealt with an organization that treats people and children like trash the way they do. The heavy-set woman at the front desk is rude and obnoxious and has zero ability to communicate effectively. I have been taking my daughter there for over three years, and I have always made payment on the first day of the new session, but today, they refused to accept payment and told my daughter to call to get picked up because "Oh no, honey, you've already been replaced." How does anyone say that to a child!!! I've also had issues with getting calls and physical messages being returned, but today was the last straw. This would be zero stars if it could have been...We will never step foot in there again and I will tell anyone and everyone I know about this experience. Shame on you!!!

I found ENA to be incredibly unprofessional. They are rude beyond belief and treat you as if they are doing you a favor by allowing you to attend their classes. They are not responsive. I've had multiple issues with personal items getting stolen, refunds owed never being put back on the card and my child being treated in the most degrading manner.
