Very nice workout. Consistent movement throughout the hour, impressive technique teaching and great encouragement to do better even when tired. Music was a great way to keep you pumped up and moving. Very nice employees and trainers. They make you feel comfortable and very welcome. Title is a great place to join for a great workout and future fitness goals.

My daughter absolutely loved going to classes every week! Tina is amazing with everyone and the instructors are all very knowledge and have great energy through the whole class! Highly recommend!!

Staff is the best! Everyone is nice, happy, encouraging and helpful on your journey. Tina knows everyone by name and checks in on your progress! The boxing classes are great! I get a good, high intensity workout. My favorite is box and lift with Jerome. He focuses on technique so we’re getting the benefits of the moves and exercises and don’t hurt ourselves. Being a smaller class, he’s able to come around with the mitts which adds to the class. He pushes me but I love it because I’m seeing my body change. Can’t wait until my schedule clears up and I can book personal training sessions. I’ve tried classes with pretty much every trainer (Abe, Kai, Elise and Naseem) and they’re all great which allows me to attend any class based on my availability bc I know I’ll get a good workout. Facility is always clean, organized and enough equipment for all. Recommend bringing your own yoga mat if doing box & lift.

If there was a way to give negative stars I would do that. My interaction with Tina was so poor that it killed any interest in making this establishment a part of my health journey. I will be actively vocal about others finding other avenues as well

The trainers here are exceptional, and I am especially grateful for the guidance and support of Patrick, Abe, Nas, Jerome, Brad, Sharmba (2x champ), and Kai. They have been instrumental in helping me achieve my fitness goals and pushing me to my limits in every workout. From the moment I stepped into the club, I felt welcomed and supported by a community of fellow members who have quickly become my friends. The atmosphere is always energetic and motivating, and the workouts are challenging and engaging. I highly recommend Title Boxing Club in Owings Mills to anyone looking for a top-notch boxing and fitness experience. The trainers are knowledgeable, experienced, and truly care about helping you achieve your fitness goals. The community here is friendly and supportive, and I feel lucky to be a part of it. I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a workout at HOTWORX, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their unique take on fitness. Initially, I was skeptical about the idea of exercising inside a sauna, but the results were astonishing. After the session, I found myself drenched in sweat, feeling invigorated and revitalized. HOTWORX utilizes infrared saunas, providing numerous health benefits beyond just a workout. The classes are conducted virtually through a TV, allowing for a seamless and engaging experience. The staff at HOTWORX are knowledgeable, friendly, and, importantly, they do not pressure you into purchasing a membership. While this type of workout might not be for everyone, I highly encourage anyone to give it a try at least once. The combination of infrared sauna benefits and a well-structured workout makes HOTWORX a standout in the fitness industry. It's been almost three months since I joined HOTWORX, so I thought of giving an updated review. It has been a fantastic experience. I love every second of all my sessions! I initially thought I would have issues with hot flashes, but now it is nonexistent - I could not remember when I last had an episode. And, my back and knee feels a lot better! Give HOTWORX a try! You will not only look good and feel good, but you also give your health a chance. ___________________________________________________________________________________ I love HOTWORX!! It’s the best workout I’ve ever tried. Besides enjoying the benefit of exercise inside a sauna, it is open 24/7 and has great customer service! Not to mention the monthly membership is affordable. I highly recommend HOTWORX in Owings Mills.

Since joining @HOTWORX for 11 weeks, here’s what I accomplished: 1. Keeping my blood pressure down to the point that I’m now only taking 1/2 of my regular dose. My goal is to wean myself off of my BP regimen completely. 2. I lost about 5 lbs, mainly from my abs. I know it’s not a lot of weight loss, but I started not having much to lose. But the 5lbs is still an excellent gain for an avid cyclist. 3. Faster recovery from my hard cycling days (50-to-100-mile cycling days). The accumulated lactic acid in my cycling muscles is easily flushed out. Plus, the HOTWORX Hot Stretch quickly relaxes those tightened muscles from cycling. 4. No more knee pain and lower back pain. Before HOTWORX, I was on three Physical Therapy programs for my knee & back pain from two decades of cycling. However, I discovered that as soon as I loosened my hamstring and lower back from HOTWORX Hot Stretch, both knee pain & lower back pain were gone! Here’s where the power of HOTWORX comes from that works perfectly for me: Infrared, heat, and muscle stretching and relaxation. I highly recommend HOTWORX!

HOTWORX is amazing! The workouts are challenging and fun and I feel amazing after each class! I can’t even pick a favorite class I love them all. The facility is beautiful and well appointed and always clean. The owners, Levon and Adrienne are very kind, present, and attentive. Taylor is always so sweet, helpful and willing to go above and beyond for the members! She always greets members with warmth and enthusiasm! Hotworx is honestly an experience beyond what I had even anticipated. It feels like a great community of owners, staff, and members. Thanks for opening here in our backyard!!

This gym is fantastic! I have never been someone to be consistent in the gym and came in knowing hardly anything. Coach Michael is so patient and motivating in the learning process and each class is tailored so we'll to the individual despite the group nature. Highly recommended!

I have been meaning to write this review for some time. I was referred by my sister and this was by far the best move I have ever made. I can't imagine doing CrossFit anywhere else. Michael and Kyra are excellent trainers, and they definitely take the time to make sure everyone is doing the correct form. Although we aren't on the same level Michael always calls us "My Athletes" which gives me a sense if being part of a team although I haven't done CrossFit ever in my life. I can truly say that everyone here is awesome. My first experience being here hasn't changed from now. I can see the progress I have made thanks to 795 CrossFit. I can truly say the egos are left at the door and we just have fun and support each other. A GREAT PLACE TO BE!!!
