Amazing gym, recommend to everyone. Trainers are friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and really interested in helping on whatever journey you are on. Nothing better than being welcomed by name every time I walk through the door. The positive team environment makes me push myself further than I would by myself. Great mix of both strength and more cardio based classes. I have never felt stronger and happier!

Burn has a different and challenging work out everyday. The staff and trainers are all very nice, encouraging, and focused on ensuring proper form. The childcare is a great added bonus for parents. I love working out here and am much more consistent about going to the gym since joining!

Burn has been life changing for me! I have never been athletic, fit, skinny, anything! I did not think I could do the workouts that burn had to offer but my friend kept encouraging me to try it so I finally did. Best decision ever! The certified trainers show you modifications for every move if you need them. The workouts are fun. The environment is positive and encouraging. I am so thankful for my burn community! The value I get from the certified trainers, enjoyable workouts that always leave my body wanting more, one on one focus meetings to work on my personal goals, free childcare, nutrition, and so much more is priceless!

Burn is amazing place to workout at! I have lost all my pregnancy weight and gain muscle. I feel so much stronger. Everyone is so friendly and love the teachers for child watch!
