Best Gyms with Functional Training Equipment near Ocoee, Florida

been to a lot of crunches in Orlando and this one is by far the best. the gym is always clean, has everything, the staff is always nice, trainers are always nice, GM is the nicest. It never feels like a commercial gym in here, the layout of the gym is super nice too, never feels like you’re on top of anybody else.

I love this place! Equipment is pretty new, they have kids club with the most amazing staff ever, Josi has always been so kind and loving with my little one. I’m now living 30 min away and considering keep going to this location.

I have been at crunch since open and let me say this has been an awesome experience! My coach Jordan has enhanced my program and training for almost 7 months! We gained 12lbs on the bulk and lost body fat along the way 😌 highly recommended

This was hands-down one of the best crunch fitness locations I have ever been to. They even have a pool huge workout area. I was very impressed. I do wish it was a 24 hour location like the one in East colonial but you can’t always get it all

This is one of the cleanest and most professional gyms I have ever stepped foot in. Management is so nice and really makes you feel welcomed. I was highly recommend working out here.

So it says they have other options for membership, but then you cant see it. It automatically takes you to schedule to talk with someone. I dont want to talk to one of your car salesman I want to review it and see it unbiased and without opinions for myself. Why can O see the so-called other options. Especially when you want to charge 24 dollars "Bi-weekly" no other gym does that!! None!! Not 24hr, not La/Esporta, not crunch, not even Eos and that place is run horribly. I would like tonsee the breakdown in pricings/plans

Training with Hope has been such a great experience! She’s super knowledgeable, patient, and always customizes the workouts to fit my goals. I’ve made so much progress and feel stronger and more confident because of her guidance. If you’re looking for a trainer who’s both motivating and genuinely cares about your success, I can’t recommend Hope enough!

I've been traveling around the US in Airbnbs for 2+ years, which means juggling a lot of gym memberships. AF is one of the memberships I've held onto due to the sheer amount of locations, making it a convenient gym option. And, over time, I've seen my fair share of AF locations - limited equipment, small, dirty, really crowded, questionable location, no parking (I have an SUV with a ski box), poor/no wifi, etc. That being said, during my travels I've only come across 2 AF locations, Toronto and Springfield, VA that I preferred. And now this AF location. It's clean - I regularly see this nice lady in hear cleaning the gym head to toe. People clean up after themselves and there's always cleaning wipes on hand. The wifi is good. It's spacious with the necessary equipment (even a hip thrust machine and stair climber - but no row machine). It has ample parking and is close to the highway. But the most impressive part is, no matter the time it's hardly busy or crowded. In the past two months I rarely waited for equipment, nor did I need to navigate around individuals. The staff are friendly, the gym goers are friendly and it's right next to a vitamin shoppe ;) Tl;dr - if you're visiting or are looking for a gym, consider this location. I drove 20 min one way to have some nice, quiet gym time - totally worth it 👍🏻

We have the best birthday party at USA Ninja Challenge, impeccable installations, wonderful coaches we couldn't ask for anything else. We have a friend with special needs and she was included in all the activities and all the coaches assisted her in a very kind and special way. Our son is now taking weekly clases and he has improved his balance and grip so much in just three weeks!! Congratulations for the dedication and hard work! Hooray for the new addition to Ocoee area!

My 4yo daughter loves USA Ninja Challenge! She loves Ms. Eloisa and Ms. Julia. My daughter was a fearful kid, she used to be afraid of high and things like jumping, or falling. Since she started attending to her Ninja classes, she became more confident and fearless. It also helps her regarding taking turns and sharing. At USA Ninja Challenge kids learn useful life skills in a fun way. The owners are amazing people too!

My daughter had a bday party there recently! The stuff was amazing and helpful! The place was super clean , all the kids had amazing time with coaches playing in the gym !A+ highly recommend this place for bday parties from little to bigger kids !Try it for yourself - you will not be disappointed!!!!!

We had a wonderful time at USA Ninja Challenge. We decided to celebrate my son’s 7th birthday here and it was the best decision ever! Their facilities were sparkling clean, their team and coaches were so helpful and accommodating to our needs, and most importantly, the kids had an amazing time! Their birthday party booking process was super easy and my entire experience with them was seamless! I would definitely recommend this location and party team!

We love Ninja Camp! Both my 4 year old son and my 8 year old daughter attend weekly. They have learned so many skills and have gotten so strong. Both kids really look forward to going and love it! The space also has tables and chairs in the waiting area which is great so I can get caught up on work while they are in class. Highly recommend them!
