The staff are very friendly and helpful and they always greet me with a smile especially, Evan, John and Lawrence. They are constantly cleaning and keep all the equipment in great condition.

Place is always clean, not a huge gym so it gets crowded during prime time and the lockers are a little tight but overall a nice gym.

Equipment new and well maintained. Even on hottest days (have been many) the AC so cool and powerful. Staff are wonderful. Very clean gym & massage chair and hydro massage incredible. My reward after doing workout.

I started at ST3 about 2 months ago and absolutely love it. The staff is friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Ths classes are well structured and easily modified for your fitness level. Even the other members are encouraging, and it really feels like a community. It is exactly what I was looking for and I cannot recommend it enough!

It’s been almost five years since I started at ST3 Kickboxing, and I’m still loving it just as much—if not more—than when I first joined. Shira continues to bring incredible energy and passion to every class, whether it’s kickboxing, Kickboxing Strong, or core and conditioning. The workouts are always fun, challenging, and keep me coming back. What hasn’t changed is the amazing sense of community here. The support and camaraderie among everyone make it easier to stay motivated and consistent. ST3 Kickboxing isn’t just a gym—it’s a place that keeps you excited to work out. Highly recommend for anyone looking to join!

I have been attending ST3 for a year now for personal training. Shira is amazing. Always ready to give me a great workout, always professional but also very friendly and supportive. She is so knowledgable about health and fitness and I would say mind and spirit as well. I am always uplifted when our work outs are done. The facility is very clean and the other staff and members are very friendly as well. It is 100 percent a comfortable non judgmental zone! Highly recommend.

I knew I needed to jump start my fitness because I had gotten into a rut with my workouts and my diet wasn’t the best. I had always liked Kickboxing but hadn’t done it in a long time. Joining ST3 was the best decision I ever made. My goals were to lose weight and eat healthier. I knew the Kickboxing would be a great start. My energy levels immediately picked up. Then I joined the Lean Clean Eating Program. This was a program that helped me learn how to meal prep, shop, read labels, and eat real food. I was held accountable for everything I was eating and it really helped me stay on track. Even though I’m finished with the 6 week program I still plan to continue to keep track of everything I eat so I can be accountable to myself. The downside to all of this is I have to spend money on new clothes because my clothes are too big!! Not really a downside but I have the trainers at ST3 to thank, especially Shira who was available almost any time I had questions. I highly recommend ST3 if your looking to make a change and commit to it.

I met with Shira and her class was high impact but not too difficult. I felt like I really worked out and the energy is good. Shira has such an upbeat and positive attitude that reflects on the entire class. I am so glad I went! Nice, clean atmosphere.
