Lifetime is perfect. It’s so clean, spacious with skilled trainers, the nicest staff, state of the art latest machines for cardio and weights with so many options, it’s incredible. I haven’t learned it all yet. The gym isn’t a gym, it’s a safe place, a club. A home away from home. A community. If you’re serious about training, there’s motivation, accountability and equipment. It’s super clean, it has everything you could possibly need. It’s comfortable and luxurious. The bathrooms are equipped with towels, shampoos, conditioners, body washes, body lotions, shaving cream, razors, Qtips and lots of hair dyers. If you need it in your daily life, they have it. Clean floors, cushy mats, weights are top notch. You could spend your whole day here. Classes, weights, cardio, two swimming pools, sauna and steam rooms. And a cafe for coffee, tea ( they have a chai which is better than Starbucks) energy drinks, smoothies, protein bars, whey proteins, salads, sandwiches and muffins baked fresh every morning. My favorite part is the staff. Patrick the new owner makes it a point to get to know every single member and he has spent hours talking about the gym and its amenities to all. I feel like like a VIP. I can’t mention all the staff members because they are so many. They genuinely care and are very interested in their members. I can’t write everything here, you have to come to visit for the day and see for yourself. I hope to spend the rest of my life at Lifetime. And I hype these photos show you why….

I had an exceptional experience at Lifetime Fitness Cincinnati, and I want to give a special shoutout to Alex at the front desk. Even though she was incredibly busy, she took the time to help me sign up my partner. Despite the rush, Alex remained patient and provided clear, detailed explanations about the membership. Her professionalism and dedication are truly commendable. Thanks to her, our sign-up process was smooth and pleasant. Kudos to Alex and the entire team for their excellent service!

We had my nieces 6th birthday party here and the attention to detail was absolutely incredible. We chose the pool/rock-wall party and added on the balloon arch, the arch was absolutely adorable. Micheal and Anna were amazing party hosts and did absolutely with the kids. Thank you so much for the wonderful party!!!

With the exception of a few years after I retired, I have been a member of the Mason location since it opened. Over the years, I have witnessed numerous endeavors to improve the facility for the benefit of its members. Each time we, as members, enjoyed the benefit of those efforts. However, never have I seen such a significant improvement as the result of Patrick managing the facility. I cannot say enough about the ‘attention to detail’ his staff exhibits as they conduct their daily tasks. From the time you walk into the facility to the time you leave; your experience is gratifying. Thank you for being a valuable part of our community!

I’ve been a member for over 10 years at Lifetime. I’m not sure what has happened over the past few years but they are going downhill by the day. The gym itself is absolutely stunning but the staff will make you move to a different gym. You’d think paying 100$ a month would give you good customer service. Wrong. Most of Staff are rude, unprofessional, and discriminatory, make you feel like a freak if your not white with money. I was told by one staff member that I could stretch wherever was needed as long as there weren’t any classes taking place. I started to stretch by the treadmills away from classes. I wish I knew the lady’s name but she’s a shorter older woman with blonde hair I think she’s a trainer. She told me I was in the way of her class and that I needed to move when I was nowhere near and proceeded to argue with me telling me to move when I wasn’t even in the radius of the class taking place. Sherman at the front desk is discriminatory towards middle eastern people with displays of antisemitism as he always has an attitude with me. I’ve spoken to many members who feel the same to the point where we have considered filing a mass complaint. In addition to this they gas the price every other month just for the hours and quality to decrease. I’ve spoken with staff who have also expressed that they aren’t treated any better, I don’t care how nice the gym is: no amount of money can buy morals and ethics. I’ve tried to give so many chances but I’m so disappointed with how downhill lifetime has gone. I switched to la fitness and haven’t looked back.

Very nice facility with lots of workout options. I love that the gift shop also has a post office. I go at least once a month for the infusion clinic and to see my doctor, which is so convenient. .

A decent facility, but seems more like an overrun daycare center than a recreation center. A lot of children running around unsupervised. Where are their parents? A child in the basketball court started knocking the basketball out of other children’s hands without knowing the children themselves. Another kid dropped liquid on a stranger’s clothing in the locker room. This all happened in one evening. None of their parents were around. Good luck trying to get a decent workout knocked out.

I have lived in Mason for 23 years. I used to go to the Rec in high school and middle school. Today, I decided to visit the Rec with five buddies. When we arrived, we were met by the “gatekeeper of hell.” I understand the need to ensure everyone pays, and that’s fine, but there’s no need to be overly strict about it. In the end, we got in, but I will never come back or recommend it to anyone. (The woman was old with glasses she acted like a straight Karen Nazi)

Great fireworks display and music for the 4th. Lots of things for the kids. I would have given a 5, but the lines were so long for food and beverages so I ate nothing. The planners need to plan better next year because less revenue changes hands when people are standing in line!

Sym-bi-o-sis, at Mason community center. They are always gracious to everyone who enters. I love the quality of their items for sale, and I always find beautiful gift selections for friends and family.
