This is the best gym I’ve ever been to. It gives such a family feel. I’ve always found it hard to find such a specialized gym like this and it is such a gem. Special shout-out to Bobby being so kind and the two most precious gym dogs!

When I moved to the area I was looking for a new non-commercial gym. I was looking for a place with a culture of getting better and the equipment with which to make it happen. Shortly after moving to the area I walked into the SBC and was greeted by the owner Bobby. Before discussing prices or anything of the such he gave me a walking tour of the facilities and asked me questions about myself and what I hope to achieve. His interest in his clients and members is genuine. He also does personal training sessions and you can tell from the man's physique he knows what he's talking about. So listen up. The facilities are perfect for improving yourself in anyway you see fit. Here you will NEVER have to wait for a squat rack haha. The gym's equipment definitely caters to the strongman/powerlifting/Olympic lifting crowd but it's not at all intimidating. Bobby has instilled a culture of family and respect. It's a very close community that you will be accepted into almost immediately. Even if I don't know the person someone is always ready and willing to give me a spot or give me some advice. There is also an on site Physical Therapist/Trainer named Brett. After dislocating my shoulder I wanted to get back into lifting heavy so I had a consultation with Brett. He set me down and went over my medical history, went through an examination of range of motion and strength. Then he proceeded to show me exercises to ease back into the lifting world and make sure I don't risk reinjury. It's been a year since the injury and so far so good. Brett also does training seminars and has a YouTube channel you should subscribe to. Also occasionally Bobby/Brett will bring in there dogs. Deadlifts & dogs? Can you ask for anything better? There is no other gym I would rather train at than SBC. It simply has the best equipment, community and personnel.

You will spend months and months without going to this gym and you will never get a courtesy call asking why . Ask your bank to stop them charging you account after moving they become your biggest problem. Stay away from this foolery.

Just started going here. So far, the members of staff have gone above and beyond for me. It’s much more personal than a regular gym. They give you great advice and offer you personal training programs customized to your goals. The membership is affordable and the gym is clean and has a lot of equipment. Staff is present to help. I would recommend this place.

My son attended summer camp at Paradigm and is begging to go back for another week. Corina was very responsive, welcoming, and great with the kids. She provided safe physical activity to build confidence and incorporated life lessons during the day in a way that young kids understand. Highly recommend!

Fantastic space for a martial arts day with variety for younger kids (meditation, arts, etc.)! My son's 6 and he absolutely loved this camp (and is hard to please...). On the last day (day 4), he was doing the full monkey bars, and a running parkour front roll to complete the full balance beam (a pipe about 18 ft). He can't wait to attend the next session! Thank you, Coach Corina!

My daughter started going to Paradigm because she was interested in learning Jiu Jitsu and it has been an amazing experience for her ever since walking through the doors and onto the mat. The owners and coaches get to know you as individuals and the positivity and encouragement that happens there is top tier. Not only has she learned tons about Jiu Jitsu, but she has made incredible friendships. She also just completed one of the Kids Summer Camps and she had so much fun! I also have taken the Women’s Classes which are amazing not only for learning Jiu Jitsu (which I had no prior knowledge of before joining) but an incredible full body work out like no other. The other women in the class were extremely welcoming and helped me with all the moves and made sure I was doing them correctly. The class is so fun and I always leave smiling!
