Ephrata Strength and Conditioning is a great place. The coaches challenge you every day and help you build your strength safely and effectively. They are there for you to provide feedback and support with whatever you need. The people that participate in the classes are supportive of one another and create a great team environment. If you have fitness goals, no matter how small or large, I highly recommend trying Ephrata Strength and Conditioning.

I've loved my time in this community of health. The coaches and participants are supportive and welcoming. I recommend this gym for anyone ready to improve their overall health.

Best gym in Lancaster county.

This is a great gym. You find community professionalism and People that 1 to see you better.

Kids pay adult prices but cannot have full access to the gym like adults. This is so unreasonable. For this reason I would say the facility isn’t family friendly. Staff was incredibly warm and personable. But I can’t pay just for people to be nice. This pricing needs be re-evaluated with simple logic. Setting on the boulders was well done. The site says it has up to V10, not sure I saw a climb over V6/7.

We started out as signing our oldest up for the scramblers beginners bouldering class and quickly signed up for the family membership. Staff are all friendly, knowledgeable, and encouraging! Gym is very clean, the Boulder & all equipment is sanitized (at least) every day, masks worn, hand sanitizer everywhere, and great ventilation. We also signed our oldest up for a couple ninja classes, can't wait! Great variety of equipment, and the addition of the ninja course & boulder- perfect gym to keep up those dynamic workouts!

Awesome place to work out. Staff is awesome and it feels like my own gym. Never waiting for equipment and so many non-traditional equipment to use like wall climbing...

Very nice gym. Climbing wall was well set up and there was plenty of space. Benches to sit on and places to stash your stuff while climbing. Facility was nice and staff was friendly.

Great facility! We will be returning for classes soon- my kids loved it. The gym is very clean and the staff is fantastic!
