Moved from the area the same time this center was opening and was here for the holidays and was able to use the center. Enjoyed our time and loved the facilities! Trying to get our family in the area to use the facilties!

We joined the Senior program for us over 62 aged folks. They have a mixed “chair exercise” or “exercise while sitting down,” something like that, that is very good. Participants also use weights, straps, other apparatus to do exercise, and stand up & use the chair for balance when needed for those who can. We’re new here in Pennsylvania, and we have already met several nice people at the class. There is a different group name for downstairs gym with pickle ball practice, and there’s an outdoor pool next door—we have to figure all this out in order to join the proper club and use the things we like. The Chair-Ex Class costs $3 each per class (maybe to pay the instructor (she’s 70, and she’s very qualified/knowledgeable in Physical Therapy!)

Great facility, clean, friendly, plenty of different kinds of sports for all ages possible (adults, kids). All equipment is good. All bathrooms and locker's rooms are ALWAYS clean and neat, soap and paper towels always available. All appliances and equipment for basketball, pickleball, badminton are good. It has 3 parking lots, so even in the evenings and weekends you can find a spot to park. Highly recommend!!!

I just completed the 6 week challenge at F45 KOP and the results were amazing. I lost 11 lbs and 6% body fat. I didnt have high expectations at first, but it only took one class to get me to be a believer. The staff is incredibly welcoming and make you feel like family right away. The workouts are constantly changing so each day is a new challenge. I found myself excited to wake up early to get to morning classes before work. It truly was a life changing experience and I cant wait to keep training at F45!! Huge thank you to the staff for being so supportive!

A+. All around A+. I signed up as a part of the 6-week challenge initially and am now a member of the studio. The workouts are great. The staff is great. The location and studio are great. I almost never give reviews but I was so compelled to write this because of my amazing experience with F45 King of Prussia. It really doesn't matter where you are in your fitness journey - F45 is for you. Literally anyone and everyone should do this. It really is life changing. I can almost guarantee it.

Great group workout studio, with a phenomenal staff. They treat you like family at F45 Training King of Prussia. The studio is large and clean - you can tell ownership takes pride in what they have to offer. I signed up for F45 Training King of Prussia's 6 Week Challenge. I was looking for something that I could commit to that would help get me back into shape. F45 Training KOP was by far the right answer for me. The first few classes, I was just trying to survive. The workouts are challenging, but each day is different - so they do not become monotonous. As time went on, I could not only see the progress, I could also feel it. I was losing weight and gaining strength. I went from trying to survive, to challenging myself to be better on each and every rep. My results speak for themselves. I lost 29 lbs and about 7% body fat. Not bad for 6 weeks of work! I continue to enjoy working out at F45 Training KOP, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good workout.

If you want a gym a fantastic gym with amazing trainers that actually care about you. Look no further and go join TODAY! I joined F45 with my fiancé a few weeks ago to help jump start our wedding weightless. We had a membership to another gym in the area that we're paying for but not going to for lack of motivation and struggled to find something we both enjoyed. Since F45 is a mix of both cardio and weight classes, we decided to try something new and started the 6-week challenge. After just 7 short weeks, I am happy to say that this place has changed my life for the better. When I joined, my first class was on Saturday which I found out was an hour long instead of the typical 45 minute week day classes. Pretty embarrassed to say that I couldn't even make it through the entire workout because of how out of shape I was and in that moment didn't think I would be coming back. Fortunately, there is amazing team that pushed me to keep going and didn't let me get discouraged. I am happy to say that after today's workout, I am down 11.2 pounds and 5.7% body fat. Although working out is a routine, the classes are never the same which makes working out actually FUN (yes, I said it). To be quite honest, I never saw myself having a daily workout routine, but with F45 I cannot imagine going back to being a couch potato. Shout out to the owners Matt & Amanda for running an awesome place that makes newbies feel welcome. You guys are killing it!
