We did baby swim classes here and the pool was so cold we couldn't even finish some of the 30 minutes class because the baby was shaking so bad. They also dont close off the section of the pool that the lessons are done in so we would have multiple senoors who are walking laps just walking through the class again and again. The lady at the front desk can be pretty rude too! If you're looking for kids swim classes definitely check out YMCA instead, they actually have heated pool warm enough for kids!

It was heartwarming concert. My mom really enjoyed the concert but it was just too short. It will be best if it is a two hour concert with intermission. The violinist can always interchange during the intermission. Hence, they should play the movie while they are playing the music from the movie so the audience would know.

My niece loves this place (this is where she had her 5th birthday party), so we took her there on a Monday during her fall break. We got there at around 9:45, and there was a private group in the water play area, and we were told that we couldn't go in until 10 AM. Once they cleared out, the place was empty so I highly recommend going on a weekday. I've never been on a weekend but my sister has told me it gets super crowded. It's not just for kids though. There's also a lazy river you can walk through or use one the floats they provide. Unfortunately, the big water slide isn't open until later, so we didn't get a chance to check that out. You can't bring food into the center but you can always keep a cooler in the car, leave and come back. They clean the pool from 11 to 11:30, so that would be a good time to get lunch. If you don't want to eat in your car, there's a cafe that serves pizza, hot dogs, hamburgers, etc. all for a pretty reasonable price. You don't need to be a member to visit the center. You can buy day passes, which is what we did. It's $24/adult and $20/kid, so obviously not something you want to do every week but fun every once in a while to hang out for a few hours.

We are visiting from neighbor island and didn’t want to spend a lot of money at the big water park, especially since my 2 kids are too small for most of the rides. My kids loved the Salvation Army KROC Center. It was super convenient, and not over crowded. Staff was super cool too. Thank you!

Pool is nice. Classes are ok but few variety & not many of weekends. Their payment set up is dumb. I changed my plan November 18th but they are still going to charge me full price for November & December.Fine charge me for the rest of November but you should absolutely not charge me whole price for December. Cleaning should be done more often. I have never seen anyone cleaning. Front desk staffs favorite answer is I don't know.

Started coming because of my son and I keep coming back because of my son. We enjoy working out together and especially enjoy the community here. They are welcoming and encouraging and all of the coaches explain the why behind the exercises which helps the training stick better for the analytical part of me. I even brought my colleagues here for a team building exercise that was enjoyed by all. Keep up the good work BTBC.

My first time at BTB, I felt welcomed and encouraged from the beginning of the workout to the end. Every one not just the coaches show pure genuine motivation and dedication to the program. If you want to get healthy and feel like a part of a family at the same time come check BTB out. You will not regret it.
